Beautiful apartment in the historic center of Limone 100 meters from the lake and private parking, perfect peace and tranquility but very close to all amenities. The apartment was renovated at the beginning of 2017 with special high quality finishes, internal terrace with gazebo and sofas, free WI-FI. Limone sul Garda is the ideal destination not only for lovers of rest, but also for those who want to explore the area with excursions or bicycle tours. Some trips are also practicable by mountain bike and e-bike. From Limone by taking the boat you arrive in Malcesine where you can visit the Scaliger castle and climb the Monte Baldo cable car (a return trip Limone Malcesine is included in the booking price!)

Individuelle Unterkunft im Herzen der Altstadt

In einer verwinkelten Ecke gelegen sitzt das genauso scheinbar zusammengewürfelte Anwesen. Über fünf Stockwerke verteilen sich an die 15 Wohneinheiten. Gut ausgestattet, lediglich eine Waschmaschine hätten wir und noch gewünscht. Die Anlage wird top in Schuß gehalten und im Geschäft unten ist tagsüber jemand der einen mit Utensilien weiter hilft. Wie einer der vorherigen Verfasser aber bereits geschrieben hat ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Zwischen 23 und 8Uhr ist normal ruhig aber dann geht das Stühle rücken, Gerenne und Schreierei los. Liegt halt daran wen man reinläßt?! Das wirkliche Manko ist jedoch die Angabe des zweiten Schlafzimmers - Hier handelt es sich in der tat nur um ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer, welches dazu auch nicht sonderlich bequem ist. Was ich super fand ist der Laden Pink Panter direkt vor der Haustüre. Vor der Türe auf den gelben Stuhl setzen, gemütlich Aperol Spritz schlürfen und in der Menschenmenge baden :-) Ebenfalls befindet sich vielleicht 10m nach links ein hervorragendes Restaurant mit bester Pizza im Ort. Keine Reservierung - First come first serve.

Viel zu teuer! Preis Leistung stimmt nicht!

Das Objekt ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und es ist sauber. Leider stimmt meiner Meinung der Preis nicht. Es hat nur ein Fenster und keinen Ausblick. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und die Reinigungsdame sehr laut, so dass man nicht länger schlafen konnte. Terrasse wird mit allen anderen Mieter genutzt.

Wohnen in der Altstadt

Eine schöne kleine Wohnung, sehr zentral in Limone gelegen. Schöne Einrichtung. Allerdings gibt es nur ein Fenster, Küche und Bad sind Innenräume. Der Innenhof und der Balkon in der dritten Etage sind sehr schön.

Schöne moderne Wohnung in besser Lage

Die Wohnung liegt direkt im historischen Stadt Zentrum perfekt zum essen gehen und Ausflüge machen. Sie ist sehr schön modern eingerichtet mit einem tollen Bad. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin funktioniert gut und man hat einen Parkplatz im nah gelegenen Parkhaus. Man wird mit dem Gepäck mit einem kleinen eWagen zur Wohnung gefahren. Staufläche für Klamotten sind leider relativ wenig vorhanden und die wohnung relative hellhörig, so dass man recht früh durch die umliegenden Geschäfte geweckt wird. Abends ist es aber dafür sehr ruhig. *Achtung: entgegen der Beschreibung gibt es nur ein Schlafzimmer. Im Wohnzimmer / Küchenbereich befindet sich aber eine große Schlafcouch.

Alles super! Schön wären aber ein paar Geschirrtücher mehr und ein WC Reiniger sowie Spülmittel vor Ort. Liebe Grüsse

Ankunft und Transport zur Unterkunft bestens, Quartier sauber und top ausgestattet, bis auf fehlende Kaffeemaschine, Mitarbeiter immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, Zentral gelegen alles in allem endspricht das Quartier voll und ganz dem versprochenem.

Wir werden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen

Es war sehr sauber. Sehr nette Vermieterin u man konnte sich immer melden bei fragen. Kaffee gab es auch immer auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt 😊 Auch Angel unsere Hündin war sehr gut aufgehoben dank der super Klimaanlage 👍🏽 Schade dass es keinen Hundestrand gab und auch nicht wirklich eine Wiese in naher Umgebung. Aber auch das ging u lies sich gut händeln . Früh morgens u abends konnte man auch mit Hund ins Wasser ohne Beschwerden. Restaurant oder ein Spar alles sehr nah 👍🏽Nur zu empfehlen . Parkhaus Parkplatz war auch super . Lies sich gut befahren u die Dauerkarte fürs Parkhaus war klasse
