Property is located in a beautiful Mediterranean garden in the relaxing countryside of Puglia, near Ostuni and the beautiful Torre Guaceto Reserve, between the d 'centuries-old olive trees and majestic palm trees. Away from the street it is ideal to enjoy the quiet and the scents of Puglia. Fabulous grounds and pool

The grounds to the house and it’s pool are second to none. Very chilled location. No neighbours. No noise. Close to town if needed - 3km. All facilities ti hand.

Lovely villa with large pool

Ideal venue for a family or group of friends. We were a three generation family group of three couples and a baby. The three large bedrooms had been made up as double beds but had the option for one to be single beds. There was also a cot. All bedrooms had large wardobes and plenty of drawer storage. One bedroom had an en-suite shower room and there was also a family bathroom with a bathtub and mixer tap / shower. The large pool and surrounding area gave plenty of different places to sit or sunbathe which offered shade in the afternoon. There was a lovely shady eating area where we spent most of our evenings as the house was rather hot. Be prepared to do battle with the mosquitoes. The kitchen had a huge fridge / freezer, which was very welcome. The cooker had a bottle gas hob and electric oven. We were welcomed by Enzo and Mariella, who took care of the house and our needs. Francesco was available by phone or WhatsApp for any queries that needed dealing with. Enzo and Mariella were extremely helpful and keen to make our stay a good experience. Enzo visited at least once a day to tend to the grounds and pool and make sure everthing was OK. Overall we had a lovely holiday and would recommend it.

Les extérieurs sont immenses et très beau et entretenu, et la maison spacieuse et confortable. Je recommande en famille ou avec des amis.

Excellent !

La villa est magnifique, très agréable, au calme. La localisation est idéale pour se ressourcer et permet aussi de visiter une grande partie de la région. Tous les équipements sont présents et permettent de passer un bon séjour aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur de la villa. En terme de loisirs, la piscine bien entretenue, la table de ping-pong, le billard et le baby foot sont un plus appréciable. Les propriétaires ont été réactifs à chacune de nos demandes. Bon rapport qualité prix. Un petit bémol : la climatisation n’est pas incluse dans le coût de location, un deuxième jeu de clés ainsi qu’un deuxième bip pour l’ouverture du portail auraient été appréciés. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour !

Mes vacances

L’endroit est très calme, le jardin est magnifique et la piscine très grande. Un endroit pour se détendre et se reposer pour ceux qui vivent dans de grandes villes. Les plages se trouvent à 15 min en voiture.
