From the round bed you can wake up to fantastic sunrises.
Sit back and enjoy the scenery of nature. If you come in the middle of the blueberry season, you can pick blueberries just outside the house knot. Bikes are available to borrow. Rowing boat included which allows you to excursions in the fine lake system.
You have access to the gazebo, boat and dock.

Okay but pricey

It was a nice view and communication was fine through this app, but there were two things we saw as problematic. For such an expensive stay, there was no hand soap and we had to go to the supermarket to get it since we were informed “hygiene articles were not included”. The other thing was that we were not informed that we had to do a comprehensive clean with washing floors and bathrooms after the stay until the night before (this list was hidden in a closet we didn’t use) and it seemed like it should have been said up front. Maybe this policy was also why it wasnt actually properly cleaned - there were big dust bombs under the bed. These became headaches for us that ruined an otherwise nice experience.

Incredible setting

This is a magical cottage overlooking a beautiful lake in Vittsjö. We were so taken by the views of the lake from the bay window with the water seeming to come right to the window sill (in fact it’s high up on the hillside). The facilities inside are just enough for what you might need for a short stay and any problems and Christine is quick to respond. Outside you’ve got the row boat to explore the vast lakes and bicycles to take you further afield. Coming by train was easy and we didn’t miss having a car. Everything was so relaxing and enjoyable. And Christine is a fantastic host who also offers incredible massages! Thank you Christine.

Tranquillizing view of calm lake and forest

Christine’s place is all about the beautiful view and enjoying the sauna. It sure makes you find inner calm. … just be sure to disconnect the fridge at night, since the kitchen is in the same room as the bed. :-)

A beautiful and peaceful space

This property is beautiful inside and out with a panoramic view of Picklesjön lake and a round bed which fits the space perfectly and is a novel luxury. There is so much to do and explore in this area for nature lovers, from scenic walks to the moose safari at Markaryd. Christine also offers some lovely treatments at the spa nextdoor to the cabin. Christine was a great host and was there to show us round when we arrived. Communication was straightforward from the beginning. I highly recommend this stunning and peaceful place.
