Stancija Folo is a lovely villa located in a small village near Zminj.
It is the perfect choice for a relaxing family holiday as it offers all that one could look for at a relaxing family vacation.
The exterior is lovingly equipped with a spacious pool to satisfy all swimming and diving needs, a children's playground with slide and swings. 1100 m² plot is also at your disposal.

The inside is comfortable, as well. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom. On the first floor are the other 3 bedrooms with private bathroom.
Villa is next to the place Žminj, in the inhabited village of few houses and is propitious for families with children or for couples.

Empfehlenswert!!

Wir verbrachten 2 tolle Wochen im Ferienhaus Stancija Folo. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem kleinen Dorf und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Besonders der Garten mit dem wunderschönen Pool und die überdachte Sitzgelegenheit mit Grillstelle hatte uns begeistert. Der Besitzer Tedi spricht sehr gut deutsch und hat uns tolle Tipps bezgl. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc. gegeben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden unseren nächsten Urlaub wieder bei Tedi verbringen

Spacious accommodation in cosy, rural location

We spent very relaxing holiday in this villa. First of all it was easy to find, following the signs, although it is located in rural location. Villa was spacious, easily accommodating two families of four, clean and well equipped. Swimming pool was reasonable size and well maintained. Quite deep (135cm) for young children, so floats are advised. Central location of Istria Peninsula make it easy to reach all local attractions by car. The biggest advantage of this property is its owner, though. Tedi is very helpful, local young man who speak several languages and is always there to assist.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir ( 4 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder) haben 3 schöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Es war alles sehr auber und gepflegt. Der Grillplatz am Pool war unser liebster Aufenthaltsort. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und wir haben viele Insider-Tips von ihm bekommen. Auch hat er sich regelmäßig um den Pool gekümmert. Ein großes Plus, wenn man mit Familie unterwegs ist: wöchentlich wurden Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, aber alle beliebten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in ca. einer halben Autostunde zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great property in a good location

We have just spent a week in this property with 3 generations of family and have had ample space for privacy if needed. We chose this property for its location for getting to both coasts and the south of Istria and it has not disappointed. It is an ideal location and very peaceful and quiet. It has all the amenities you need for an excellent holiday and the facilities both inside and outside are first class. We enjoyed using the pool and having BBQs. Tedi is a friendly Croatian and gave us a map and extra information on helping to make sure our time in Croatia was special. Highly recommended!

Fantastic

second time we visited this house which is a good stay for 2 families together. Always a good feeling, owner very helpfull. Just far enough away from the touristic areas to have a peacefull stay but everything in Istria on just an half hour drive maximum. The property is very clean and well-maintained. Ask Tedi for good advice on activities and restaurants.
