Luxury Condo at Breckenridge's only ski-in AND ski-out downtown location

This recently remodeled and updated luxury condo is located in the heart of downtown Breckenridge. The Village is the only ski-in AND ski-out complex in downtown Breckenridge.
We have made a lot of upgrades this year to ensure it will more than meet your expectations including a brand new pullout couch with upgraded memory foam mattress. New WiFi enabled TV lets you stay connected to all your favorite apps. Free WiFi.

Here are a few reasons why you will love your stay here-
1. Location. Simply put this is the best location in Breckenridge and it's why we purchased this unit. Just steps from the base of Peak 9. Walk over for lunch and throw some burgers on the brand new grill located on the balcony.
2. The little things that make all the difference when staying away from home. Premium mattresses, variety of pillows to choose from, kitchen completely stocked with everything you will need during your stay. Plus plenty of blankets for the couch when you're watching a movie at night and enjoying the surround sound.
3. As parents we understand the value of family vacations so we will do everything possible to ensure you have as good of a trip as possible.
4. Two full bathrooms so everyone has time and space to get ready in the mornings.
5. Tons of space to hang your ski or board gear out to dry and be ready for the next morning. Your boots will be warm and your gloves dry.
6. Indoor and outdoor heated pool open year round plus 4 hot tubs.
7. Entire unit was just remodeled with high end stainless steel appliances, granite counters, new decor, etc.
8. Located right at the base of peak 9 which is known on mountain for typically having shorter lift lines.
10. Heated underground parking. No, you most likely won't touch your car once you park but it's great knowing it will be warm and snow-free once it's time to go home.
11. Huge balcony for when you want to sit outside and enjoy your cup of coffee in the morning or maybe a drink apres ski. Brand new grill
12. Brand new bedding, towels, etc that you would expect with a high end condo rental.
13. Convenient on-site key and parking pass pickup

There are two full bathrooms, two queen beds, one pull out coach, and a huge balcony. Plus another sink in the bedroom so everyone has plenty of room to get ready in the morning. No pets allowed
This unit also has access to the indoor/outdoor pool on site PLUS 4 hot tubs.

This was the perfect location for a family of 4! Everyone could come and go from the mountain easily, Health Club and Hot Tubs were a great way to relax after a long day! Look forward to booking again!

Great Location

The condo was in a great location. The accommodations were accurately described. There are lockers located on the garage to store your luggage if you arrive before check-in time. The hot tubs, pool and game room are nice.

This condo is a perfect location for families. The Village ski school is right next door and the Quicksilver chair lift is right there as well. You can also walk to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend staying here!

We had an amazing time! The ease of utilizing the app instead of keys and passes was awesome. Condo was perfect, beds great, used the fireplace, cooked breakfast each day. Always love the hot tub/gameroom!! We'll be back!

Wonderful Location With everything you need

Had a wonderful stay for a quick 4 nights during ski season! My son and I wanted to get a long weekend of skiing done at Breck! We had never been before! LOVED this location - walked to lift and to town! We had everything we needed and more in the the one bedroom - so appreciated all that was included. Would love to stay again!

Great Spot!

We are headed up to ski for the weekend and this was the perfect location for us. Plenty of space for the four of us to hang out. Kitchen was stocked great for cooking in when we didn’t want to go out. Also was wonderful spot, that it was an extra cold weekend, and we could pop in and warm up for a few minutes and then head right back out to the slopes. Easy walk to get on the chairlift. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Condo. Amazing location.

Our stay at Peak 9 was wonderful! The location was excellent- a quick walk right to The Maggie, the house stocked with the basics we might need in both kitchen and bathroom, super clean, and cozy. The only issue we had was with outdated check-in information that had us wandering around in the cold for a bit. We had a great stay!

LOCATION

Location cannot be beat. Across from lift, next to ski rental, and ski lessons. Walking distance to the best restaurants. Hot tubs were never too busy. Overall, wonderful experience. We would definitely stay again. Owner was very responsive to our questions and provided excellent advice and recommendations.

Superb condo

The property was excellent. Condo was clean, well stocked with amenities, and included gym, hot tubs and heated pool. Location could not be better. Five minute walk to Quicksilver lift and five minute walk to Main Street. Owner quickly responds to questions. Highly recommend.

Great Condo and Location

This was the best condo we've ever rented through VRBO. Location was great. Ski in/out - 5 minute walk to Quicksilver lift. Owner took great effort in ensuring this condo had everything you'd need for a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked (extra papertowel/trash bags/dish and dishwasher soap....plus coffee pods, popcorn, hot chocolate) and there were extra toiletries (toothpaste/toothbrushes/extra kleenex.....) Plenty of towels as well. Brian was great to work with and responded very quickly to any questions. We'd stay again when in Breckenridge.

Great property. Apps are not always the solution.

We have stayed in breckenridge before and love this property. The unit we stayed in did not disappoint. What did get frustrating was all the reliance on apps. We booked through Vrbo. Communications came via text messages. Check in was via a website. Then we had to download another app for access keys to room/garage/amenities. (Not to mention the Epic app for slope access). This was very obnoxious and became a hassle as our children do not have smartphones. I know the technology can save time and resources for property management, but it becomes annoying when instead of being greeted and given a key, along with an explanation of the property and amenities, I have to stop and download and setup more apps on my and my wife's phones. Some things are better left the old fashioned way.

Reasonable amenities, great location

Overall great. Great location - minutes from ski-lift. On ski-school break - was reasonable to come in condo and have a lunch. True 4- 6 guest place but the sofa be in living was sub par. The spare sheets and blankets were either old or somewhat dirty- smelly. The appliances were very good and rather new- they use a drip coffee machine. The separate rooms also OK - provided some privacy if needed The TVs (2) were old- old cathodic TV in bedroom- not that were planing to use it much (kids) and the living-room one- fair but no HDMI access- for extra goodies- Chromecast or such. Access to pool, sauna, gym was OK -through garage- short walk. In conclusion: a good place and I would return anytime if those issues resolved.

Clean and very convenient (unless you count the elevator)

We very much enjoyed our stay. 6 of us stayed in the condo - which means two had to sleep on the couch. They didn't seem to mind. The condo was clean, comfortable and bright. The best part was the ability to ski-in/ski-out. (Required the dreaded ski-boot walk of about 500 feet, which was acceptable.) However, the elevator was hopeless. After skiing all day and boot-clumping to the building, digging out the card from some inner pocket and getting in to the lobby, there was.........the wait for the elevator....while more folks arrived...and then we all crammed on to the Small Elevator of Interesting Smells. In the mornings, the reverse happened and we waited on our floor for the elevator to arrive, feeling like we were going to pass out from getting dressed in all the ski gear. Somebody needs to thump the building designer for putting only ONE too small, too slow elevator in a ski condo (stairs aren't really an option in ski boots and gear.) On a more positive note, the indoor parking really paid off for us. It snowed the entire 4 days we were there and yet, when it was time to go we didn't have to dig our car out or fear for the battery...We did have a second car which we had to valet park for $20/day.

We bought this unit simply because we wanted the most convenient location to the mountain and downtown Breckenridge. We use it whenever we are not renting it and love the fact that once we park our car we do not get in it again until we are packing up to go home. Breckenridge has that great mountain town feel and we love staying right in the middle of it.

Why they chose this property

Comfort- high end comfortable mattresses, new towels and sheets
Convenience- walk everywhere and never need to wait for a shuttle or bus
Amenities- pool, hot tubs, fitness room, heated indoor parking, huge balcony. Brand new stainless steel propane grill on the balcony.

What makes this property unique

We have worked with most of the main shuttle services from the airport (such as Colorado Mountain Express) and have never had any issues with key pickup.
