AubergeBleue - Stunning villa on Nice surroundings

On a villa on the hills surrounding Nice, we host a group of up to 4 guests in a independent, freshly renovated studio apartment with two separate rooms, each one with its own bathroom. We offer B&B treatment (breakfast, bed linings & towels supplied, room cleaning).

The property is on a very quiet surrounding, 15 minutes from the center of Nice. Hosts can profit of the pool and will have their own private garden and terrace. In the apartment there is a kitchen, so you can have lunch and dinner on your terrace table. We can also share a dinner on the "table d'hôtes" formula, agreeing the menu and prices on the morning.

Even if we are served by public transports, a private car is strongly suggested: it will allow you to reach independently Place Masséna, the Old Town, the "Promenade des Anglais" and its beaches or visit Cannes, Monaco o l'Esterel. The car park is secured inside the property.

Nice stay at Luca’s place

We stayed for several days at the very clean and very quiet apartment. Great pool Luca is a wonderful host, served every day some croissants and orange juice. The only thing: it is up in the mountains, so you need your car for everything

Stunning location, friendly hosts

The villa is set in the beautiful hills north of Nice, with amazing views across the bay and mountains as you swim in the lovely pool. Our hosts were so kind, bringing us fresh pastries, bread, orange juice and yoghurts for breakfast each day to our terrace at a time of our choice, and recommending places to see and how best to get there. They were very understanding when our car broke down on the way from Paris, saying it didn't matter what time of night we arrived. The children loved the pool and inflatables. A very enjoyable stay, highly recommended

Nice place!!

What a nice place to stay in the Provence. Very clean property with a great owner!

We had a pleasant two weeks. Luca could give us a lot of information which was very usefully to make your stay complete. We had fresh french breakfast every morning, the appartment was very clean and the pool with his great view was a perfect place to stay in the heath. I just can recommend this appartment.

Most relaxing getaway for my family

My family (sister and parents) and myself came to Luca’s place for my 25th birthday so we could see monaco and the beautiful blue coast but we saw so much more thanks to Luca’s wonderful suggestions and advice for where to go and what to do. He gave us restaurant suggestions, beaches to go see and also where to park, how to get to the beach and even the best routes to take to get everywhere to maximize the views. He brought us breakfast in the mornings and was always available and happy to chat and answer all of our questions. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. I can’t wait to come back!

Au calme et très sympathique

Situé sur les montagnes entourant Nice, la maison est au calme par rapport aux tumultes de la ville. L'endroit est très agréable et le propriétaire est toujours prêt à vous donner des informations utiles sur la région.

UN SÉJOUR AGRÉABLE

Un coin de tranquillité sur les hauteurs de Nice où l’on a pu pleinement profiter des installations (piscine, terrasses aménagées…). Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse des propriétaires, très disponibles et discrets, qui nous ont très bien conseillé (balades, restaurant…). Une situation géographique idéale pour visiter l’arrière pays niçois (Incontournable : Saint Paul de Vence), ainsi que les différentes villes proches (Menton, Cap Ferrat, Nice, Monaco, Italie…).
