It features a courtyard equipped with cozy sofas, a ground floor living area with a kitchen, a very comfortable sofa, and a spacious bathroom.The first floor is entirely dedicated to the bedroom with a spectacular view of the lagoon.

Kleines Häuschen in ruhiger Lage

Als erstes möchten wir uns bei Romano ,für die Erreichbarkeit ,Hilfe und Freundlichkeit ,bedanken 💙 Das Häuschen ist mit allem ausgestattet und sehr schön eingerichtet, denn es fehlte an nichts. Für uns war es täglich eine kleine Herausforderung den Ford S-Max in die Parklücke zu bekommen. Einen Tagesausflug mit dem Touristenboot nach Venedig können wir auch empfehlen. Welches wenige Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt ist. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Cercavo una casa dove trascorrere qualche giorno in tranquillità durante i meeting aziendali programmati dal mio capo proprio nella zona di Chioggia. Dopo un po' di ricerche ho trovato questa casa a sottomarina a dire il vero spettacolare e studiata nei minimi dettagli. Ho pensato potesse essere l'ideale per potermi rilassare prima delle due riunioni alle quali dovevo partecipare. La posizione è ottima, vista della laguna mozzafiato, regala alba e tramonti incredibili. Allo stesso tempo comoda al centro e ai vari servizi di prima necessità. La consiglio per soggiorni brevi Di business, ma è sicuramente ottima nel periodo di vacanze per trascorrere settimane di relax a due passi dal mare.
