The pool area has sunshine nearly all day and the BBQ area is shaded for relaxation and enjoyment. The private garden area has glimses of the water and mountains.. although situated minutes walk from the beach on the Mediterranean coast there is no high-rise busy streets or noisy bikes or cars just birdsong, the fragrance of flowers, fruit trees and bougainvillea surrounding the private pool enjoy as you bask in the sunshine or BBQ yet by car you are very close to all the towns.
The beach, Mediterranean and/or private pool are all there for you to choose and all perfect for a relaxing day and fun. You can wander to the Spanish restaurant famous for its tapas and seafood. Cheringito Valleniza. At the end of the street for food and they are opposite beach as well as minutes from house.
In the summer months on the beaches are the Spanish cheringitos well known for their fresh seafood cooked on open fires.
Niza beach is on the Costa del sol on the east coast and one of the cleanest beaches great for snorkelling and which has a country setting with open pastures and flowers in spring , autumn and very dry in the heat of summer if you are lucky you will see the goat herder walking his goats or hear the bells in the evening as they go by so unique as although on the Costa del Sol it is rural Spain at its best yet within 5 min by car you are at restaurants, bars, night-life, markets and shopping, massages.This area is famous for its Bali style restaurants on the beach, rent a boat, go horse riding, golf tennis, fishing, go carting, aqua velez water slides and large shopping mall.
Torre del Mar a town that welcomes tourists and has become a hot spot for summer holidays, is well known for its beach life and paseo and in summer they hold open air concerts , markets and dancing and bars .The beach paseo is wonderful in Torre for strolling at night or lounge at one of the many beach bars and restaurants enjoying the music or watching the people go by. There are also many many beaches to choose from all along this coast.
Benajarafe is well known for its beach, paseo and restaurants also Valle Niza in summer has cheringitos on beach and is well known for snorkeling at the headland and many many more.
The house is just 1 and a 1/2 hours to Granada , 1/2 hour to Malaga by car and bus is at end of street straight to Malaga Centro and in surrounding short distances to areas are The white villages so famous in Spain and postcards and lake Vinuela up the mountain for lunch with a stunning views. Nerja is a must see the white village built on the sea , The pool which has recently been upgraded as you can see from photos and is for your private enjoyment only . The pool area has sunshine nearly all day and the BBQ area is shaded for relaxation and enjoyment. The private garden area has glimses of the water and mountains.The kitchen is American style so easy to chat and enjoy friends while cooking. It has three bedroom , one of the large bedrooms has ensuite. Two bathrooms , outdoor eating bbq It has parking to the gate and internet. Beach towels also supplied.
The house is situated in the grounds of an old historic home which owned and owns much of the land around so it is still private farmland to the beach and unbuilt.

The house is child friendly and a cot and high chair can be supplied .This house is not available for large parties and guests will be asked to leave .
