Close to the Sauveterre Beach - house with large veranda and splendid view

This house (100sqm) of 2009, renovated in 2017, is located picturesque only 2 km from the beach of Sauveterre without vis-à-vis on the edge of a forest and a meadow of horses in a residential area.

The house has a large living room (TV, DVD player, WLAN) with a large kitchen includes all the comforts of oven, microwave and dishwasher, a large veranda (south-east), 2 bedrooms (double bed 160x200 squares, 1 135x 195cm convertible sofa, 1 bunk bed 2x 90x200 cm), bathroom with Italian shower and toilet, separate toilet and a large porch and a garage for bikes including a washer and dryer.

All on a fenced plot of about 1000m² with a wooden chalet and a carport are available.
A bike path and the center Equestrian Sauveterre are very close and all shops that are located at a distance of 10min.

If necessary, a train station is 15min in Les Sables d'Olonne.
On arrival you are welcomed by a person, who takes care of our house and will be at your disposal during your stay if you wish.

1 pet accepted after prior arrangement.
(we would like to ask for your understanding, that the final cleaning is obligatory, if you bring your dog. Please pay EUR 50 for final cleaning on site

We just spent a fabulous week in this house which is just perfect and exactly as described!The owners are very responsive, the person who welcomes you on sight nice and efficient! The house is well equipped, offers lovely views onto nature and horses, is close to lots of walks, both on the beach and in the forest and is really not far from the city center! We loved it!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, 1 Hund) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend, insbesondere auch für Hundebesitzer mit dem angrenzenden Wald, der lange und abwechslungsreiche Spaziergänge ermöglicht. Der große Garten und der Wintergarten laden zum draußen sein mit schönem Blick auf die umliegenden Pferdekoppeln ein. Das Haus bietet zudem viel Stauraum und ausreichend Platz. Der Kontakt mit Herrn Bose war sehr angenehm,unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in herrlicher Umgebung

Zwei Erwachsene mit Hund konnten hier zwei wunderbare Urlaubswochen genießen. Selbst bei Regen hat man auf der großen, verglasten Terrasse das Gefühl, sich in der freien Natur zu befinden. Dank einem schön angelegten und gepflegten Garten. Der Check-in durch den freundlichen M. Dellette und seiner Frau war entspannt und einfach, obwohl wir nur ein paar Wörter Französisch sprachen. Sollte uns der Weg noch einmal in diese Gegend verschlagen, so werden wir die Zeit bestimmt wieder in diesem Haus verbringen.

Klasse Urlaubswoche 😊

Wir (2Erw, Teenager und Hund) hatten eine schöne Urlaubswoche! Check-in hat prima und flexibel geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr praktisch und angenehm aufgeteilt, alles befindet sich auf einer Ebene und ist offen gestaltet. Klasse fürs gemeinsame Kochen - alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Wunderbare Sonnenaufgänge direkt von der Veranda aus- das genossen wir besonders. Unser Hund liebte die Bewegungsfreiheit im Garten sowie die langen Spaziergänge am Strand und durch den angrenzenden Wald. Gerne wieder!

Bonjour Nous avons ete tres bien accueilli à notre arrivée. Explications precises des lieux et des activités à proximité.....le maitre mot " vous etes chez vous" La maison est tres confortable et agreable (la veranda une pièce de vie sublime) Nous etions avec nos 2 ados (14 et 16 ans) Proximité bois et plage parfait pour se déplacer a pieds ou à velos ( mis à disposition par le propriétaire) Bravo et merci encore Sophie et Cedric ( des vacanciers comblés)

Sables d’Olonne

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances avec un temps qui s’y prêtait parfaitement. Nous avons profité d’un jardin paisible, de la proximité (des commerces mais surtout des lieux incontournables). On se sent bien directement dans la maison. Propriétaire bienveillant qui se soucie du bien-être. M. Delette est lui aussi très sympathique. Un coup de cœur pour cette belle région et les endroits à voir. Nous retiendrons l’adresse.

fantastisch

fantastisch huis, mooie ligging, groten tuin met prachtige bomen. Overal zijn plekjes met schaduw te vinden. Fijne garage voor de fietsen. De auto staat in de schaduw onder de carpoort. Van alles hebben wij genoten!

Très agréable séjour

Maison fonctionnelle et bien située, entourée par la forêt et très proche des marais salants. La mise à disposition des vélos est vrai plus qui permet de profiter des superbes pistes cyclabes, pour se rendre notamment à la plage. Le propriétaire et le gérant nous ont assurés un très bon accueil.

Maison au calme avec vue sur les prés et les chevaux

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Toussaint 2022. Super communication, très bon accueil. La maison est très agréable et très bien équipée. La véranda permet de profiter de la vue sur dégagée sur les prés et les chevaux, quelle que soit la météo. Nous y reviendrons sans aucune hésitation. Bruno Thomas

Schönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Insgesamt ein tolles Ferienhaus in einer ruhigen, aber nicht einsamen Lage. Wir haben als Ehepaar mit Hund zwei wundervolle, entspannte Wochen dort verbracht. Die Gegend ist wirklich traumhaft und sehr abwechslungsreich und lädt zu Spaziergängen und Fahrradtouren ein. Mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad ist sogar der Strand in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen, aber wir sind auch gerne mit dem Hund in ca. 20-25 Minuten durch den herrlichen Wald dorthin gegangen. Zahlreiche Restaurants, in denen man wirklich fantastisch essen kann, befinden sich in Olonne-sur-mer. Wir haben aber auch sehr gerne den Abend bei einem Gläschen Wein im Garten verbracht und den wunderschönen Blick auf die gegenüberliegende Pferdewiese genossen. Alles in allem war es ein ganz ganz toller Urlaub. Bleibt nur noch zu erwähnen, dass der Kontakt zum Hausbesitzer überaus angenehm und ausgesprochen unkompliziert war. An dieser Stelle nochmal vielen Dank für alles! Auch der Hausverwalter vor Ort war klasse, obwohl wir uns mehr oder weniger mit Händen und Füßen verständigen mussten. Das war trotzdem kein Problem und sehr lustig. Also, wir kommen wieder!

Vacances parfaites !

Un cadre entouré de verdure très reposant a l'écart de la ville tout en étant proche. Propriétaire et personne de l'accueil très sympa. Maison très bien agencée et une véranda où il fait bon pour prendre ses repas 👍👍

Emplacement ideal

Idéal pour découvrir la Vendée et les alentours. Les vélos mis à disposition permettent de ballader dans les marais salant. C'est magnifique. La plage de sauveterre est aussi très proche. Bref, une semaine depaysante.
