This newly remodeled Lake home is the perfect place kickback and relax in nature with the family and friends in a fully furnished 3 bed, 2 bath lake house with spectacular views of Tuttle Creek Reservoir and the scenic Flint Hills region outside Manhattan, KS. Featuring hiking trails down to lake, mountain biking, boating, canoeing, fishing, swimming and a local beach area to hang out with friends. It is located in a friendly neighborhood on a quiet dead end drive just minutes from local state parks, just 10 traffic free minutes from Bill Snyder Family Stadium and Kansas State University, and 15 minutes from downtown shops and restaurants.
The upstairs of the house features a fully furnished kitchen, dinning room, full bath, master bedroom, office, family room w/ fireplace, and spacious large deck with grill, fire pit, lounge area, and dinner tables. The perfect place spend time with family and friends.
The downstairs includes 2 bedrooms, full bath, washer and dryer, and a large lower deck.

Felt clean when we entered, a few stains on some rugs, which is normal for a place rented. It is aging, but the view was beautiful. could use some shade at back deck afternoon, very hot in sun, but the side deck offered a cool breezy spot for wine at evening. Felt very roomy. 2 bathrooms, King size bed on main floor was comfortable for me, grandkids slept in downstairs room. Lots of beds available.Close enough to grocery stores, and city park for splash pad for kids, all about 20 minutes away. No pool. No swimming at the house. Didnot look too much into it, as kids preferred splashpad. For dogs, walking the road to stop sign and back was what we did. Nice walk

This was a 5 STAR stay. The owner was fantastic to work with. Very communicative. The property was surrounded by trees, giving a real sense of solitude. The home was quaint and had a real sense of warmth. The kitchen was well stocked. My friends and I were very happy to have spent time at this location! It was wonderful.
