Le Cherubin is a high standard villa loacated 20 minutes on foot from the quiet town of Biot, 10 minutes drive to the coast and a 10 minute drive to Valbonne. Sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms. Sea views, lovely swimming pool located in a calm landscaped garden, and outdoor living area. Flat garden, a security pool alarm for small children. Very well-equipped kitchen with just about everything you'd need - steam oven, ice cream maker, ... Air-conditioning in all bedrooms as well as living room. Underfloor heating in 3 bathrooms and the master bedroom.

Fabulous house

We had the most wonderful 9 days in the house, Christine was an attentive host and made us feel relaxed and welcome. The house was extremely well equipped, the beds very comfortable and we couldn’t have asked for more. We will be back!

Delightful property in a quiet location

The property is in a beautiful part of Provence, 25 mins by car from Antibes, and just outside Biot, which has a good range of restaurants and facilities. The house is well equipped and spacious and the outside areas relaxing and well appointed. Traditional French style.

Amazing villa in great location

We loved our stay in this villa and also the location. Very clean, everything you could want, with a lovely garden and pool. Very comfy beds too! We would love to rent again.

Best holiday ever!

We intended to go to the beach every day, visit the lavender fields, and do tons of exploring, but we mostly just enjoyed ourselves by the pool. The house and grounds are stunning. Everything we could possibly need. We’d definitely return and recommend ❤️

Sehr schöne Villa im provenzalischem Stil.

Ich und meine Familie haben leider nur 3 Tage in diese charmante Villa verbracht. Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, man hat den Gefühl wie zu Hause. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestatte und jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad, was sehr komfortabel ist. Da es leider geregnet hat könnten wir die wunderschöne Garten mit romantischen Ecken nicht voll nutzen. Wir hoffen das wir nächsten Mal mehr Zeit haben um die Villa, Garten und den tollen Poll zu genießen. Christin war eine tolle Gastgeberin, die sofort auf alle Wünsche von Klienten reagiert.

Had a wonderful time in a villa that has .. everything

.. including Christine, who was very helpful and made sure we were comfortable. There is a charming garden (smells wonderful at night) and a large shaded terasse with funiture where we spent the hot part of the day and the evenings. We had one evening with dinner cooked by a very capable girl, whom Christine put us in contact with. I can so much recommend this - eating "out at home" in such a place is a real treat combining the best of 2 worlds (especially with 2 babies).

Absolutely perfect!

My sister and I book a villa every year for ourselves and our families. This was our seventh in a row and it was by far the best we've ever stayed in. In terms of the layout it was perfect; no weird rooms in annexes, no shared bathrooms, a level flow from kitchen to outdoor living area to pool so everything is just a few steps away. The pool is much bigger than it looks in the photos and the grounds are absolutely immaculate; no dusty corners or dead plants or spiders' webs. The outdoor seating area was comfortable and well designed. The kitchen was modern and clean and ridiculously well equipped, we wanted for nothing. The living room was large, airy and comfortable with lots of British TV channels available. All four bedrooms were proper spacious doubles with quality mattresses and bedding. And then there were the bathrooms which were brand new, ultra stylish and so beautiful I wanted to bring them all home with me and put them in my own home! Another wonderful thing; all the rooms had ample wardrobe storage for two people with a suitcase each full of clothes (so rarely the case in rentals) and not only that but around fifty matching hangers in each! Lovely hand soaps in all the bathrooms, tons of toilet paper and cleaning products. The house is in a private, gated turning towards the end of a 2km long road just off the main road into Biot. We are all fast walkers and it took us 23 minutes to walk to the centre of the village. In the village is several nice restaurants (though none outstanding of those we tried), lots of pretty clothing and accessory shops, a very smart, upmarket convenience store, open every day til 8pm, and of course lots of stunning glassware. But we were loathe to leave the villa as it really was the most relaxing, enjoyable and comfortable place to be. As others have mentioned, Christine was a supremely good host. She greeted us on arrival and then returned on the Wednesday to oversee the gardener and was incredibly helpful and charming. She even went to the effort of dropping my daughter's forgotten flip flops to the the hotel in Antibes where we were staying after our time in the villa. Five star service and a five star villa. Thank you Christine!

Gemütliches Haus mit allem was dazu gehört

Das Haus ist in einer sehr ruhigen Lage, etwas erhöht über Biot gelegen. Dort findet man alles was man für den Urlaub braucht. Christine war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Unsere 8-köpfige Gruppe hatte den Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen. Gerne wieder. Vielen herzlichen Dank Christine

Excellent property, fabulous outdoor space, responsive host.

We stayed at Christine's home for two weeks and had a wonderful stay. The outdoor space was fabulous with a comfortable couch seating area, perfect for morning coffee or afternoon drinks/apps. The pool was clean, warm and perfect for hours of entertainment for my two children. There is a garden where Christine let us use tomatoes, herbs, etc and may nooks and crannies and various seating pods. The kitchen was very well stocked- including things like sharp knives and tupperware that you normally do not find in rentals. Bedrooms comfortable and clean, bathrooms modern and a very comfortable living area. Christine was most responsive to any questions about the area or her home. She even invited my husband to watch the World Cup finals with her friends and mailed me some leftover clothes items I had left in her home. All in all - a great vacation, home, and host.
