FORTUNATELY, BONITA VILLAGE AND OUR CONDO DID NOT SUFFER ANY DAMAGE FROM THE 2024 HURRICANES. PLEASE CHECK OUT THE PHOTOS WHICH ARE CURRENT.

From January through April, only weekly bookings Saturday through Saturday are accepted.

Our popular Summer Special runs from May 1st to Nov 1st . You can enjoy the property at lower nightly rate, which is a fantastic value!

Fabulous penthouse unit professionally decorated and furnished. This beautiful condominium will have you smiling and relaxing from the moment you stroll through the residence and out onto the screened lanai. Spacious master suite with private bath, dual sinks, quartz counter and walk-in closet. 2nd bedroom with private access to the guest bathroom. You'll love the bright open plan boasting a beautiful kitchen with quartz counters, raised breakfast bar, modern appliances, full dining room area, and great room (with sleeper sofa). We loved our stay at Brian’s condo. Very clean and comfortable. The complex is like a “mini resort” with a gorgeous pool and bar, and friendly guests. Great for couples or families. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful vacation! We had a few little issues with the code on one of the doors and then batteries going dead on our condo keypad. But no big deals. We would for sure stay here again and again. Condo was so clean and nice. Lots of towels! Easy to get to beach. Lots of restaurants/shopping nearby. Beautiful view of the pool. Not crowded at all! Great spot for families, couples getaway, girls getaway, or even older couples! Thabks for a great week!

Perfect Family vacation spot!

We had a wonderful family vacation here! Condo is nicely updated and has everything you need. Owner was so easy to work with and check in was as simple as pulling in and walking right to the condo. Pool is beautiful with plenty of chairs and space to relax. Great location with lots of restaurants close by. The shuttle to the beach is so convenient. We will definitely stay again!

This was my family’s second time staying in Brian’s beautiful home and we can’t wait to plan our next vacation. The house is beautiful and homey. The property is very well maintained. My whole family has absolutely fallen in love with the pool. All of the residents and guests that we have encountered are wonderful and my children 12 & 10 have made friends on both trips. Convenient location to restaurants, shopping and the beautiful beaches.

Our stay in Bonita Springs was excellent! The condo was clean and perfectly stocked with all a family would need for a vacation. The owners were wonderful hosts. I emailed and they responded quickly. We spoke once over the phone with a couple explanations and we were on our own as if we owned the condo. The location is perfect for shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The hosts had everything you would need for the beach. We had a single parking space in the garage under the building. We loved it here and will definitely be coming back!

We enjoyed our stay even though the weather wasn’t the best for Florida. Condo was clean, very well stocked. Would have been nice to have a place for our clothes in the main bedroom, had to leave our suitcases on the floor, the closet was pretty full so not a lot of room. Main bathroom needs new towels and kitchen needs kitchen towels as well. Other than that the condo was pleasant.

We had such a great time staying at the Bonita Village. The unit was updated, clean and spacious. Great view of the pool. We had no issues while we were there and Brian was easy to contact if we ever needed too. Definitely would stay there again! Thanks for a great family vacation!

Condo well stocked and clean, but disappointing as no dresser for clothes! We had booked for a month and this was a big inconvenience… rusted chairs in closet and items we would not use took up much space. Who would think to ask if dresser for clothes available in a rental?

Excellent Location

These condos are in a premium location, central to everything! Easy drive up to Sanibel/Captiva Islands, same for going south to Marco Island! Naples is a very short drive I feel like 20 mins tops! So very convenient to everything! Bonita Beach just a few miles, 5 min by car tops! The cleanliness was top notch! Grounds were beautiful! We would recommend nicer linens, and soaps in a listing of penthouse, but cannot complain honestly. Irish spring doesnt seem very penthouse like to me, but jmho. The kitchen is a nice size, but was not equipped well for making meals. Heating up leftovers, sure! & most are likely eating out the majority of their meals, so not a big deal. But would recommend a few more kitchen standard items. The ease of getting in/out is perfect! The directions that Brian will send on how to enter the first time, and then subsequent times is perfectly laid out for you! The pool area is very nice! Felt great to relax there! Communication w Brian was prompt/courteous! Overall, we were very pleased w our stay! Would we rent this unit again, 1000x yes! Close by restaurants were all too die for! The icemaker in the fridge does make ice & Pretty efficiently I might add! It still does not dispense ice from the door, but thats a minor inconvenience. We emptied the ice into bags & sotred in freezer, for beach days, and the speed of the ice maker filling was impressive. We had plenty of ice for all of our needs! The shower has great water pressure as well!

Perfect Florida vacation stay

Why they chose this property

Finding a condominium in the Naples area that allows guests to rent for less than a month is a rarity. Bonita Village allows weekly rentals. Also, it is much newer than many other options. The location is centrally located with easy access to beautiful sand beaches to the west, Naples, Florida to the south, and Bonita Springs/Estero just to the north. The community is within a 15-20 minute drive to Ft Myers Southwest International Airport. You can walk to grocery stores, mini-golf, restaurants and shops. There is a convenient beach shuttle, so no need to worry about where to park at the Beach.

What makes this property unique

What guests love is the intimate resort lifestyle offered at Bonita Village. The huge free form pool is incredible with the dramatic stone waterfall and the beach style walk-in entry is great for non-swimmers, small children, and those who just want to wade in the refreshing clean water. The two story clubhouse has an oversized state of the art fitness center. And, being a fitness nut, I will promise you will rave about the quality of the work out equipment, which is not your typical condo/hotel cheap stuff you can get hurt on. We love to drive the 3-4 miles north to the new Coconut Point Mall, which is an ultra upscale shopping and dining center with an incredible new movieplex. Head to Naples and visit Mercato (Whole Foods, upscale dining and nightlife) or take in a show at the Naples Philharmonic Performing Arts Center. Best of all, you'll feel refreshed and relaxed after staying at Bonita Village.
