Hi Emerita, There are various eating establishments located in the surrounding area. Some of them are reachable by a quick walk or tricycle ride. Food deliveries do take up to 30 minutes to arrive but that is because of the traffic in Manila. We did manage to find you a parking space in the end and there are parking spaces available but you will have to request it at the time of booking. Every morning, the corridors of the building are cleaned to maintain hygiene but only for a short time. Our unit is situated in a quiet area of Taguig relative to the rest of the city. Karaoke parties are not allowed in other units in the building and security should be informed if anyone breaches house rules to deal with the situation. Our listing provides a detailed description of what one should expect for their stay. If you did not feel cooking and washing was the experience you were looking for, then a hotel would have been better for you since they offer room and other services. Our unit intended for people seeking a self-catering experience. Hearing people speak to each other by the staircase happens seldom but not in a loud manner. Hi Daniel, If you are taking a taxi from the airport to the unit, prices vary between PHP380 to PHP800 depending on traffic and the time of day. Otherwise, from our unit to local areas such as Bonifacio and Makati, taxi prices vary only between PHP100 to PHP200 again depending on traffic.
