The structure consists of two independent living units but, if necessary, can be communicating to allow even groups of friends or families to stay in full comfort, but the property is rented exclusively to a single group.

The presence of two living rooms allows even in the presence of various components to have comfort and privacy

In the garden there is a gazebo with barbecue for outdoor lunches and dinners


The villa is immersed in oak woods that lap the Naturalistic Oasis of the Regione Toscana Parco di Pietraporciana.

Un accueil exceptionnel dans un petit coin de paradis...

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Fabiola et Raffaele. Perdue dans les bois au bout d'un long chemin caillouteux, leur maison, rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, est pleine de charme et très agréable à vivre. La région est superbe et de nombreux joyaux de la Toscane sont à proximité. Nous avons reçu un accueil exceptionnel, avec un panier gourmand à notre arrivée et de nombreuses attentions tout au long de notre séjour. Nous ne risquons pas d'oublier ces magnifiques vacances du côté de Sarteano et nous espérons bien revenjr ! Merci encore pour tout Raffaele et Fabiola
