This elegant and spacious flat has 2 bedrooms and is ideal to spend a few days with family or friends, as it can accommodate up to 6 people.

It is located in the La Latina district, which is right in the centre of Madrid, adjacent to other areas of great tourist interest, such as Austrias, Sol - Gran Vía and Lavapies. Its streets, of medieval origin, are mostly irregular, narrow and winding, leading to beautiful squares. You will find the Plaza de la Cebada, where the market used to be held, the Plaza de los Carros, the Plaza de la Paja and the Rastro, the most famous open-air market in the capital, which is part of Madrid's Cultural Heritage. Strolling around the area is pleasant at any time of day. It is also a neighbourhood popular with tapas lovers during the day and has a lively nightlife.
It has excellent transport links, with numerous bus stops and the Tirso de Molina metro station just a few steps away.

A localização e o apartamento eram razoáveis. No entanto o processo de ChecK-In foi muito complicado e muito burocrático e com demasiadas exigências . Para além disso , quando fomos rececionar as chaves do apartamento a pessoa que o ia fazer já não se encontrava no local combinado. Foi muito mau e a nossa sorte foi encontrar uma pessoa que nos ajudou no local. Estavam sempre a mudar a hora e local da entrega das chaves.,. O processo de Check-in foi muito mau.

Muy deteriorado, sucio y mobiliario roto

Reformado desde hace un tiempo, sin ningún mantenimiento posterior, sofá cama,sucio y super roto, colchoneta reventada, llamamos para que nos dieran una solución y nos dijeron que en el apartamento había un plait o sobrecolchon, el cual no estaba. La zona está bastante céntrico, pero es una calle sin salida ( vehículos) y al final un parque el cual tiene bastante tránsito de gente para hacer botellón, etc.. daba un poco de miedo por la noche.
