Comfortable and spacious. Hosts were nearby and available when we needed a little help but not at all intrusive. Very helpful to have a photo of the property from the road on arrival otherwise finding the house could have been difficult.

Wonderful villa

Our family really enjoyed our vacation, the villa is stunning and has fantastic amenities including swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis court and table tennis, all of which we utilised. It is a little far from shops and restaurants so a car is essential.

Great property except for one thing

The property was wonderful. Very well appointed with most of the everyday things you would need. The pool wasn't overly big and some of the mosaic tiles were falling off, but this didn't affect our enjoyment too much. However, one thing that prospective renters need to know is that the property facilities state that it has air conditioning. This is slightly misleading. The property has a free-standing air-conditioning unit. It doesn't have a properly vented and integrated system. We used the unit, but we had to vent it by leaving an outside door open. This meant that we couldn't leave it running while we we're out and we couldn't leave it running overnight because of the outside wildlife getting into the house. Consequently, the house was very hot overnight which somewhat impacted on our sleep. Apart from that, Juan and his wife couldn't have been more welcoming and we very much appreciated all of their information and help. We had a lovely week in Tenerife and would love to revisit someday.

The first day we arrived we noticed the pool was filthy. We called the owners to make them aware of this they came over to have a look and said that they will clean it tomorrow. They did arrive to clean it however all they was doing was moving the algae around the pool. To cut a long story short the owners of the Villa attended the Villa most days trying to clean the pool they also arrive with a pool cleaner who made them aware that the pump was broken they then arrived with a engineer who at that time was not able to fix it. By this time the poor was absolutely disgusting and not very nice to be even looking at and we was quite surprised when the owners advised us that we could still swim in it. We took it upon ourselves to empty the Jacuzzi and clean it and refill it to give us some comfort for cooling down in the heat. We booked this holiday purposely in the mountains to have a quiet and restful stay unfortunately we didn’t get either and had to spend most of our days on a busy beach. The pool was eventually in use and clean on the day we was leaving which was quite upsetting and ruined our holiday as the pool is the main part of the holiday. We have complained about this to the owners of the Villa to try to come to an agreement on some form of compensation unfortunately they have chosen to ignore us I would not recommend staying at this villa.

Vorsätzliche Täuschung/Betrug und gravierende Sichheitsmängel!!!

Keine Luxus Villa !!! Heruntergekommenes Haus/Pool/ Tennisplatz mit unzähligen Mängeln. Die Angaben zum Objekt stimmen in keinster Weise und sind vorsätzlich falsch angegeben! Da bei uns zudem noch gravierende Sicherheitsmängel vorhanden waren, erfolgte eine vorzeitige Abreise. Bei uns bestand Lebensgefahr durch lose Stromkabel, frei liegende Steckdosen, fehlende Absturzsicherungen im Eingangsbereich. Insbesondere Kinder hätten hier sehr schnell ca. 4 Meter in die Tiefe stürzen können. Da wir uns und unsere Kinder den Gefahren nicht länger aussetzen wollten, reisten wir natürlich vorzeitig ab. Es erfolgte die umgehende Anzeige auch bei Fewo. Gesundheitliche Gefahren bestanden weiter durch stark verkeimten Pool (großflächige Ablagerungen von schwarzen und braunen Schimmel). Falsche Wasserwerte und letztlich auch noch völlige Überchlorung durch den Eigentümer (mit Verteilung von 5 kg Chlorgranulat direkt in den Pool und zusätzlich auch noch auf der ganzen Terrasse). Weitere Gefahren durch lose befestigte Gardinenstangen (mehrere Befestigungen waren kurz vor dem abfallen! Gefahr durch zusammenbrechende Terrassenüberdachung. Billigste Baumarktkonstruktion (linker Außenpfosten war mittlerweile geknickt und lose; notdürftige Sicherung beider Außenpfosten durch den Vermieter mit mehreren Seilen am Gartenzaun!!! Entgegen der Beschreibung existiert keine Klimaanlage, keine Garage und die Wohnfläche beträgt max. 120 m2. Das gesamte Objekt war total herunter gewirtschaftet.

First impressions last! Amazing Holiday at Villa

Candelaria was amazing!! This was our first time in Tenerife. The views all round the villa are breathtaking. We had an excellent time at this contemporary villa. Juan & Nani are property managers. Thanks to them, they are very understanding and took care of any issues in a prompt manner. If you plan to stay here, a car is definitely a must. I recommend, AutoReisen rental. Very reasonable rates. Plus, for just 2 extra euros a day, you can get super insurance which reduces your excess to zero. Lots of hilly areas, hence an automatic car is a better option. Attractions on island that are worth a visit, Loro Parque & Mount Teide. Plan your days and you can enjoy places around the island as well as the villa. Overall, we could not get enough of this wonderful villa. Will definitely book again, if we decide to come back to Tenerife. Thank you once again, Nani & Juan 🤗

Beautiful

What a lovely villa with beautiful views. The property owners where very helpful. We had a problem with our hire car and they offered to come and take a look and help witch I feel was above and beyond as it has nothing todo with them. Lovely peaceful location but also not far from the local town. Highly recommend this place.

Sehr schöne Villa in ruhiger Lage :)

Wir möchten uns an dieser Stelle noch mal herzlich bei Juan und Nani für eine tolle Zeit auf Teneriffa bedanken. Alles ist hervorragend und unkompliziert verlaufen und sie waren stets bei Fragen für uns da. Die Villa selbst ist sehr schön ausgestattet und alle Zimmer bieten ausreichend Platz. Insgesamt können in dieser Villa ohne weiteres 6 Personen Urlaub machen, ohne dass es an einer Stelle eng wird. Der Pool hat eine schöne Größe und die Temperatur war angenehm, so dass keine extra Heizung für uns nötig war. Die Villa befindet sich an einem Hang und ist über eine kleine Zufahrtsstraße sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Bis zur Autobahn und zur nächsten Stadt ist es ca. 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Zwei Anmerkungen noch zur Villa: - Am Pool wurde ein extra Becken mit Luftdüsen angebaut, welches den vorherigen "normalen" Whirlpool ersetzt. Auf den Bildern ist teilweise noch der Pool ohne den Anbau zu sehen. Die Luftdüsen müssen über einen Schalter ca. 2m entfernt aktiviert werden und laufen dann für 3 Minuten. Dies ist etwas unpraktisch, da man dadurch immer wieder den Pool verlassen muss. - Bei der Klimaanlage handelt es sich um ein mobiles Klimagerät, welches (durch Verdunstung) nach vorne kühle Luft pustet. Der Raum selbst kühlt sich aber dadurch natürlich nicht ab (er wird sogar eher wärmer). Für uns war das kein Problem, da wir bei Temperaturen zwischen 20-30°C auch sehr gut ohne ausgekommen sind. Es sind ebenfalls in jedem Schlafzimmer große Ventilatoren vorhanden. Man darf jedoch keine "richtige" Klimatisierung mit Abluft nach außen erwarten. Fazit: Klasse Villa, die wir bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen können und wohl auch ggf. nochmal buchen würden, wenn wir Teneriffa nochmal besuchen sollten :) Viele Grüße

Entspannungs- und Wohlfühl-Oase

Wir genossen 10 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus, in dem es uns an nichts fehlte. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und zu jederzeit ansprechbar, wenn sie gebraucht werden. Die Pooltemperaturen waren sehr angenehm. Tennis und Tischtennis haben für sportliche Unterhaltung gesorgt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, etwas abseits von Candelaria aber genau das haben wir gesucht. Mit einem Auto ist alles ganz schnell "erfahren" und Fahrten nach El Teide, Los Gigantes, Bajamar, Benijo etc. etc. waren aufgrund der geringen Entfernungen kurzweilig. Wer für seine Familie ein ruhiges, sehr komfortables Haus sucht, MUSS dieses Haus buchen. Vielen Dank an Nani und Juan - es war wundervoll bei euch!!!

Alles bestens

Wir haben uns in der tollen Villa sehr wohl gefühlt u die Vermieter waren sehr aufmerksam u zuvorkommend. Das Haus liegt sehr schön ruhig etwas oberhalb von Candelaria. Man braucht auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen. Nette Restaurants u Läden sind auch in der Nähe. Für uns war Alles perfekt.

Sehr schönes Haus mit toller Aussicht und Ausstattung

alles neu, sehr modern, umfangreiche Ausstattung mit beheiztem Pool, Grill, TT-Platte, Tennisplatz und Pkw-Stellplatz. Wenn jetzt noch der Wasserdruck besser wäre, um das tolle Duschpanel richtig zu genießen, wären es sogar 6 Sterne

Tolles Feriendomizil mit Kids

Sehr,sehr herzliche Vermieter, man fühlt sich gleich wie zu Hause. Das Haus hat unseren Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Fùr Kids ein super Angebot von Pool bis Tischtennis und Tennis einfach toll. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig dafür etwas auserhalb, Mietauto braucht man. Wir hatten einen super tollen Urlaub mit unseren drei Kids bei Nani und Juan und würden wiederkommen.

Very modern and quiet

Had a lovely time at the villa. The owners were really nice and the property was lovely and modern and in a quiet area. You need a car as it's up a steep hill and there's no air conditioning unfortunately so you have to use the fans provided. The pool and tennis court are great too.

Canarian paradise

We had an amazing vacation in Tenerife. We spent most of the time there in the villa, the views to the mountains and the atlantic ocean are incredible! Huge living room and cutting-edge kitchen, all very clean! The kids loved the tennis court and the swimming pool area which was very relaxing and quiet so we did not want to get out from there. However the villa is just 5 min away from TF1 highway and you can get everywhere pretty quickly. We definetily did the right choice by choosing this villa and we cant wait to return in the future. Big thanks to the host Juan and Nani who were lovely with us!

The house of your dreams

The house is perfect for the best holidays. You have your own pool, BBQ, the vest views to the sea and the stars at night. The weather is incredible. I was playing tennis with another couple. The house inside is modern and so nice. Everything was clean and new. The proprietaries were kind and attentive. Near the house we were to one of the best restaurants of the island "Casa Quita". Is cheap and delicious. I recommend the house 100%
