Located in a private residence, the apartment has all the comfort with a splendid view from the terrace and the parental suite, on the bay of Casares. Note that there is no building with floors that disturbs the beautiful view of the Mediterranean. This fully air-conditioned, pleasant and well maintained apartment is ideal for 4 people. No car noise disturbs the calm of the property. Its location also allows you to access by footpath in 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beach and palm trees of Casares.
The pool of the property is equipped with a 15 ml pool and a paddling pool. Entry is by a magnetic badge provided.
The location is an excellent starting point for visiting Andalusia. (Marbella 30 minutes / Puerto Banus, Granada, Seville ...)
Golf lovers will find many golf courses between 5 and 15 minutes by car: Dona Julia Golf, Golf Cortesin, Casares Costa Golf, La Duquesa Golf ...
