Eine tolle Basis für einen Toskana-Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist in einem 1a Zustand, der Kontakt mit Vermieterin Barbara unkompliziert und herzlich. Da der Ort Vada bzw. der dortige Strand sehr von der Karbonat-Industrie geprägt ist, haben wir uns andere Strände zum Baden gesucht. In der Nachsaison (noch dazu mit Hund) gar nicht so einfach, aber möglich. Ansonsten haben wir es sehr genossen, nahe am Meer und trotzdem nicht weit von den Städten Pisa, Florenz, Volterra, San Gimignano etc. zu sein. Die Terrasse vor dem Haus ist unschlagbar und wurde für jede Mahlzeit genutzt. Wir kommen gerne einmal wieder!

Einfache Wohnung, zentral gelegen

Die Wohnung ist in einer typisch italienischen Wohnsiedlung in ruhiger Lage aber zentral gelegen (der Ort und der Strand sind problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen). Das Auto kann vor dem Grundstück auf der Straße geparkt werden. Die Wohnung ist einfach aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Terrasse, welche schattig gelegen ist, daher haben wir sie immer zum Essen und Relaxen genutzt. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Wir haben unsere Anreise um einen Tag verschoben, das war kein Problem für Sie. Barbara hat uns auch Tipps für unsere Ausflugsplanung gegeben. Derzeit gibt es noch einen Schwachpunkt, es wird kein WLAN angeboten, soll sich aber 2020 ändern. Vielen Dank Barbara, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei dir.

Toller Sommerurlaub in der Toskana

Nette kleine Wohnung, mit super Lage zum Strand. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Fahrräder sind vorhanden. Der Strand ist ein Traum und sehr gut zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Vada bietet viele Restaurants, Geschäfte und Eisdielen sowie Supermärkte an. Größere Städte wie Pisa, Livorno, oder Rosignano sind immer einen Ausflug wert und schnell erreichbar.

Proprietari gentili e disponibili per ogni evenienza!

Casa comoda, con una veranda all' esterno che vale la pena vivere durante le serate con una bella grigliata, grazie al barbecue messo a disposizione. 10 min a piedi dal mare attraverso la fresca pineta, oppure 2 min di macchina con parcheggi all' interno delle strutture balneari (compresi nel prezzo). 4 stelle e non 5 per il semplice motivo che spero rinnovino i 2 bagni dell' appartamento (sopra se si riesce a fare una doccetta piu grande). Ma vivibili comunque.

Ciao Marco, seguendo anche i tuoi suggerimenti abbiamo ristrutturato la casa, rifacendo il bagno con un'ampia gabina doccia e abbiamo istallato anche una doccia in giardino con acqua calda e fredda . A presto !

Esperienza bellissima.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La casa é fornita di tutto e i proprietari sono persone squisite, la casa é posizionata bene e a piedi o in bici si raggiunge la spiaggia o il centro di vada. Eravamo 4 adulti, 3 bimbi e 3 cani... Siamo stati benissimo tanto che il prossimo anno sicuramente torneremo! I luoghi sono incantevoli e con bimbi e cagnolini siamo stati ben accolti ovunque! Consiglio a tutti questa struttura e questi luoghi. Alice, Daniele, Mattia, Alessandro, Valeria, Cristian e Irene
