The villa is beautiful and the view is stunning, there was everything you could wish for in the villa, it was very clean, never seen a cleaner pool. Ivana was always there if needed and replied to messages straight away, a nice touch was she took us food shopping when we arrived. The location is very good the shops restaurants and bars are all on your doorstep, one thing to take into account is there are quite a few steps to get to the front or a very steep hill upwards,

Stunning Villa

This property and home was absolutely pristine. Plenty of space for our family of 7. Everything you needed was at your fingertips, the home was immaculate and the owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Would absolutely recommend this property and hope to be back again one day soon!

really amazing

I like to give a balanced view when I write a review. So here goes. Ivana (host) was really amazing. She met us early and allowed us to check in early with absolutely no fuss. She kept in constant communication with us throughout. She supported my gran down the hill to the villa which is a little steep but completely do able. We entered the villa where the pictures were spot on. The villa is immaculate. It is modern, trendy and comfortable. The pool is stunning. It is heated and cleaned by Ivana on a daily basis so is perfect to relax in. The view from the villa is simply sensational and it is less than 5 minutes walk to the beach with lots of restaurants and bars. The villa has all the amenities you could ever need - 4 spacious bedrooms with the most comfortable beds (and as gran says the whitest sheets and towels she has ever seen) I have ever slept in. The sea view from the bedroom balconies is outstanding and so peaceful and beautiful to wake up to in the morning. The villa is stocked with toilet roll, cleaning materials, etc. and is topped up with these when needed. The furniture is modern and clean and the living room has enough space to relax and dine with ease. There is a lovely little garden with bbq and outdoor dining area with beautiful views across the ocean. Ivana kept in regular touch with us and no ask was too small (checking in regularly if there was anything at all we needed and made sure the pool kept warm). She even left us a little gift on a rainy day which was so unexpected and lovely. So to the balance. What are the improvements. Well I can in all honesty say this villa is perfect -genuinely. Not one thing would I change. Yes it’s a little hilly to get to but believe me it’s worth it. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone. My only regret is we have to leave. Thank you so much to Ivana and family for a warm welcome and fabulous stay. We will definitely be back. Thanks again. Phil and the Morgan family.

Beautiful property with wonderful views! The space was super clean, spacious, and inviting. Ivana (host) is so kind and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great location - walking distance to everything in Baska Voda & Brela (keep in mind, it is on a hill, but you get beautiful views as a result!).

Toller Urlaub

Kaunis huvila rauhallisella alueella

Små närlivs inom promenadavstånd men ingen större matbutik.

Perfect Villa in a Great Location!

We had a fantastic week here, the villa is in a great location, in a quiet area but close enough to get to the beach, restaurants and shops. Ivana and her husband were great hosts and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Underbara Villa Zagriadina

Vilket fantastiskt hus.

Takk Ivana.
