Charming Villa in Algarve, Portugal. Close to the beach and Golf.

Beautiful newly refurbished 4 bedroom villa, tastefully decorated, with pool, lawn and garden located between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in Quinta das Salinas at less than 5 minutes walking distance from Ancão beach (large sandy beach with famous “Dos Passos” and "Parilla Natural" restaurants). The area is surrounded by numerous golf courses. 5 minutes walking distance from Rio Formoza National reserve. Wooden walkway to the beach and restaurants around the area. Quinta Shopping Centre is at 10 minutes drive. Quinta Gym fitness Centre is at 5 minutes drive.

The accommodation includes entrance hall, guest bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area, dining & living room with fireplace and leading through large sliding doors to the pool terrace. Outside at the back of the kitchen is the charcoal barbeque and gas barbecue with spacious outdoor table and chairs nearby. Modern pool furniture. Free high speed Internet Wi Fi access is available for the guests.

Ground floor: there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin bedroom), both with en-suite bathrooms (massage baths) and A/C split units.

1st Floor: Spacious master bedroom with king-size bed, walk-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom (massage bath), cable and satellite TV and leading to a private sun terrace. The guest bedroom (double bed) has views onto the pool and garden too and has en-suite bathroom (corner massage bath). Both bedrooms have A/C split units.

From the roof terrace can be seen the sea, the beach and surrounding pine forests. The terrace has a table and two chairs to enjoy the sunsets.

Great house with four lovely bedrooms and bathrooms

Great for a family holiday, we were three generations and all had our own space... lovely pool but beware the tiles are slippery when you’ve wet feet.

Wonderful

Fabulous location, so close to the boardwalk, and restaurants on the beach in a great neighbourhood, so quiet and warm in October. Super comfortable beds, well equipped, so well laid out, easy to live in and very clean. Thank you to Maria, the property manager and the owner, who were both so helpful and responsive. We had a bargain holiday in a 5* villa.

Fabulous 5* property. Definitely one to book!!

Just returned from this fantastic villa. The homeaway app made it so easy to find from the airport. We have stayed in so many villas unyet I panic everytime we book that we will actually have a villa when we get there & it will look like it did on the photo's.(hope its not just me?) On arrival everything was perfect. We even had a lovely welcome pack complete with wine! The photographs of this villa really don't do it justice. for a start it's huge. So much space. Even if 8 of you holidaying together. 4 equal bedrooms & bathrooms which is hard to find. We often holiday with friends & this would be perfect for that. No one would feel they'd got the smallest room as there isn't 1. We weren't expecting the villa to be as big as it is. Everything is brand new. Wonderful appliances that all work! We've stayed in so many places that don't. Very,very clean on our arrival. Loads of clean pool & bath towels. The villa really is stunning. Decorated & furnished to the highest standard. Very comfortable beds. Great showers-that stay hot. Tv with lots of channels & good wifi- that's the kids covered! Beautiful gardens. Plenty of outside space. 2 big outside dining tables,1 beside pool & 1In gardens.Villa is behind electric gates, very private & all enclosed if you had small children. Marina was a wonderful host, I had asked for restaurant recommendations which she gave us with direction & details of booking- although after staying in the area we probably didn't need, there are so many amazing restaurants in the area your spoilt for choice. Never stayed anywhere with so many. Amazing beaches. With equally amazing beach restaurants. This was our 1st time in Portugal. It was a last minute booking, we were supposed to be in Dubai & the Maldives but my son had broke his arm & couldn't fly that distance. So Portugal had felt like the consolation prize. Didn't expect much from Portugal, but I was so wrong. Totally fell in love with the villa & the area. You are literally 5 minutes from everything, beaches,resorts,restaurants 3 great supermarkets.There are even bikes to use if you fancy a ride to the beach. On returning home Marina has stayed in touch to make sure our security deposit had been returned from homeaway. Not many owners would bother! All in all a stress free perfect holiday. We will without hesitation return to this villa. By far one of the best we've ever stayed in. I actually feel honoured that Marina allowed us to stay in her beautiful home. Thank you

Fantastic property and great location

Great communication with Maria before we arrived. Villa is beautiful and huge- bigger than it seems in the photos. Great location- easy walk to the beach and The Shack. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful villa! Great location!

The place is spacious, clean and beautiful even better than the profile pictures. The location is everything you want for a great vacation: quiet, private neighborhood yet still very closed to the beach, restaurants, and good distances to all convenient stores… The owner and managers are very helpful and responsive. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us! Hope we can come back and stay here again!

Beautifully spacious, well equipped villa in stunning location

I was with my three adult sons and their partners. So much space we weren't on top of each other - but could still socialise around the pool and in the many eating areas. Lovely to be greeted with fresh fruit and wine. Totally relaxing week, with good suggestions of local activities and restaurants. We would have benefitted from a manual for the villa, especially for things like using the security/alarm/gate intercom, operating pool lights and bubbles, disposal of rubbish/recycling bottles, and the TV/sound system. Of course non of this detracted from our fabulous stay, and the weather was amazing. As one of our party said "I feel like a movie star staying here...." We definitely hope to return.
