Villa Magnolia - Holiday apartments only 350 m. From the beach
Beautiful property is located near the Sea just 350 meters from the beautiful fine sandy beach. The structure consists of five apartments, three are located on the mezzanine floor two in Mansarda. Each apartment has a raised entrance with a terrace. In the garden I sit a gazebo at the guest's disposal with a wood oven and grill a play area for children. The apartments are suitable for up to 6 people, each apartment has a double bedroom and a secondary bedroom a living room Kitchen and a bathroom.
Villa Magnolia is centrally located in the village, not far from supermarkets and shops, restaurants and cafes. Close is the cycle track (5 Km without interruption) that leads directly to the cliff of Ascea Marina. For holidaymakers arriving by train or wanting to visit attractions such as Paestum, Pompeii and cities such as Naples or Sapri, the station is only 15 minutes walk from Villa Magnolia.
