This one bedroom, one bathroom condo is located on the beach. Fully furnished with basic cookware and utensils. The master bedroom room has a comfortable queen bed as well as a bunk bed with two twins. This South Padre Island beachfront one bedroom condo also has
wifi and cable television. There is a community pool and hot tub. Enjoy beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony.

Every stay at Florence I #402 includes a complimentary starter kit stocked with essential vacation items such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee and filters, olive oil, and basic seasonings. For your comfort, we recommend bringing a few personal favorites such as beach towels, sunscreen, extra blankets, bottled water, or baby items. Very cozy! Room is exactly as described. The view was amazing and easy access to the beach. I love that the home was updated with an easily accessible shower. Very quiet too.

Great location

Great location! Loved the amenities and proximity to the beach. The bunk beds were too short for our 16 year old son, but we used the pull out couch and it worked just great. Spent every morning and evening on the patio. We will definitely be back.

Best beach condo on the island

We were closer to the beach than the picture shows. It was a wonderful time and place. One small wish- the outside balcony furniture be a little higher so you look over the railing no thru it.

Excellent Views!

Biggest bang for the buck. Perfect views. This is what you pay for. From what I can tell, there aren't too many places that would get hit this close with those views for that price.

Perfect for one person who isn't interested in cooking meals. Kitchen has no counter space but is adequately stocked. Enjoyed the balcony immensely. Would book again.

Loved It!

We love staying at the Florence! This is my second time staying there. It isn't overpopulated & you have the private luxury to all the amenities that the property has to offer. The beach access is very close & accessible. It's quiet and peaceful! The property owners take pride in keeping the place clean and tidy. My family and I would recommend this property to family & friends!

Everything exceeded our expectations from the view, the Condo, The pool, and the cleanliness. They provided me everything we needed besides the food. Our kitchen included: 2 coffee machines, a blender, a crockpot, 7 different pans plus more. Literally everything you need.

I like this condo and property. The staff and maintenance people are very friendly. There was an issue with the pool and hot tub not being usable due to a storm the prior week, however the rental agency provided a substantial credit to our account to accommodate the inconvenience. I would rent from them again.

going elsewhere

we are frequent visitors to the island. this unit has old bed very uncomfortable. in addition we had a 5 night stay and only had 2 sets of towels. asked for exchange and was told to launder the ones we had. I don't go on vacation to wash towels. Com on man. we will not return to Florence again

Had a great time!

The location of this property is ideal. We had a great time! I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 due to the condition of the pullout mattress. We attempted to use it the first night but is is extremely old and not comfortable. We ended up having someone sleep on the couch without pulling it out and it seemed fine but would have preferred to use the pull out. There is a black plastic “chicken net” lining the patio which was good to keep things from falling but the chairs on the patio are short and it did hinder the view slightly when sitting in them.

Perfect for 2 people

Quiet area on beach. We did visit in off season-November. Taller patio chairs would have been great. Happy we were able to bring our pet. All the amenities needed were provided. Love the cookware. No dust pan could be found for sweeping, but we bought one to use while there. Bring your favorite pillow. Impressed with the dehumidifier....as it filled up a couple times during our stay. Although the neighboring building was having construction we were not able to hear much inside. Parking was limited on site with street parking nearby. Worth the stay to be able to have our pet with us and felt like a home not a hotel.

Beautiful views!

Great location and ocean view. My daughter and I had a fantastic time. The condo was clean and kitchen had everything we needed to cook delicious meals. The pool was great. We did not want to leave and will be renting this place again for sure.
