For safety reasons, we ask guests not to use boat lift but to tie boats up to dock instead.
Bunk Room: Only use beds needed for the members of your party. Do not drink or eat on the beds. Do not touch garage door railing or door opener.

Awesome Church Youth Retreat!

We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights and had a really good experience. Our youth was able to do water activities, such as fishing, swimming, kayaking, and boating…plenty of room for everyone. Had a great time!

End of summer family lake trip

Perfect location for our family get together. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 8 kids. The bunkroom gave the kids a place away from the adults for games and hanging out. The location on the cove was perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding without a lot of boat traffic.

The back yard and dock are great for young kids through grandparents. All our day time is spent on the water. Only used the house for sleeping and showering, it was comfortable at the end of a fun day.

We were so thrilled to find this beautiful, almost 1-acre home a little over an hour southeast of Dallas. It has brought our family and friends great joy and a place for retreat, rest and restoration. The large back yard, quiet cove and peaceful dock creates year round restoration. We are excited to share it with others on weekends we can't be here!

Why they chose this property

We looked at lots and lots of homes on this lake (and others) before buying. We wanted a quiet cove where kids could jump in and play without us worrying about open water. We love the large backyard and many trees, which offers fun play and plenty of shade! Lastly, the previous owner did an amazing job renovating, including a stone fireplace which we love in the winter and a 200 sq ft covered backyard with fire pit that is used year round.
