Spectacular apartment on the first line of La Concha Beach. Within a private residential complex.



The 80 m2 apartment has the following spaces:

- Comfortable living room with impressive sea views. Includes sofa bed with high-quality Italian system for 2 people and HD TV.

- Lookout terrace with sea views equipped with awnings and glass enclosure. You will feel like you are on a boat.

- Fully equipped kitchen.

- Master bedroom with double bed, mirror and ceiling fan. En-suite bathroom with shower in the main bedroom.

- Second bedroom with two single beds, stool and ceiling fan.

- Bathroom next to the second bedroom equipped with bathtub.



It is delivered with bedding, 1 hand and bath towel per person, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and welcome kitchen amenities (1 scouring pad, 1 kitchen cloth, 2 bin bags, 1 washing machine soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, dishwasher, 2 toilet rolls per bathroom, hand gel). Coffee capsules and 1 bottle of mineral water.

Quiet residential area with a family-friendly atmosphere ideal for sun and beach holidays. We recommend enjoying the Oropesa-Benicasim Green Way on a pleasant walk contemplating the sea on foot or by bicycle, with different rest areas and viewpoints, visiting the Hiking Routes: PR-CV 459, PR-CV 459.1, SL-CV 170 and SL-CV 170.1, the visit to the Lighthouse, the King's Tower and how not to be surprised by the charming Historic Centre of Oropesa del Mar. In addition, we suggest going to the Prado de Cabanes-Torreblanca Natural Park, which constitutes a wetland area of great landscape value where various species of water birds are housed, a whole adventure of disconnection and culture for the family.



Within a 100-metre radius of the building, you will find all the necessary services: restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, ice cream parlours, etc.

100 metres from the apartment there is a Bus stop (stop for lines coming from the main Spanish cities) and Taxi. Cycle lane 50 metres away that allows communication with nearby towns.

Sehr sauber und toller Meerblick

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geräumig. Leider sieht man auf den Bildern nur das moderne Wohnzimmer, erst auf Nachfrage bekommt man Bilder vom Rest der Wohnung. Alles etwas älter und nicht so modern aber trotzdem sehr sauber. Leider liegt direkt hinter dem Haus eine Gleisstrecke wo immer wieder schnelle Züge vorbei fahren. So etwas sollte man in der Anzeige schon erwähnen. Außerdem war eine Baustelle direkt vor der Wohnung am Strand, den ganzen Tag sind am Strand ein Bagger und zwei LKWs gefahren und haben alles direkt vor dem Haus abgelassen. Das war laut und hat den tollen Meerblick natürlich getrübt. Sowas sollte man auch erwähnen bevor man anreist. Das war wirklich schade. Ansonsten eine große und saubere Wohnung, es gibt alles was man braucht.

Thank you very much Melanie for your review, we answer you due to the inconveniences it seems to be experienced. Due to some error on the web that we do not know about, Home Away you could not see the photos of the rooms of the apartment, as it was communicated to us, we sent it to you immediately. Indicate that the furniture in the rooms is not old, it is green or blue cane furniture, they may be to your liking, no, but they are not old. Oropesa del Mar is a seaside town, as in most of the coast the train passes through these towns, however the tracks are fenced to soundproof the noise it may make, although it is minimal, we had not received any complaints about it. As for the works in the beach, we inform you that they were not works, there were some days that the town hall was collecting sand with a tractor from La Concha beach to take it to the other beach of the town, which after the storm that occurred in winter was quite affected. We regret this since the council has not informed us of these works. You can see in the news at google what was commented; Thanks anyway as your feedback helps us improve our quality system continuously. Regards from the entire ApartUP! team.

ESPERANZA

Cómodo y agradable

Está provisto de un menaje de cocina muy completo, también sábanas y toallas, de sobra. Tiene espacios muy amplios, con una terraza frente al mar muy cómoda. Electrodomésticos nuevos. La ducha es un poco estrecha para entrar y salir.
