This well-equipped and family friendly unit offers two 55 inch LED TV's, plus a third TV in the guest bedroom, a full state of the art kitchen, washer/dryer, and free high-speed internet access. The building amenities include an incredible heated swimming pool, a sophisticated fitness room, community grills for barbecuing, and two clay tennis courts. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels are all provided.

Conveniently located between Pelican Bay and Park Shore Drive, this property is within walking or biking distance to the Naples Philharmonic, Waterside Shops and The Village on Venetian Bay which offer some of the best shopping and dining in the area. Relaxing Oceanfront Retreat!

We had a wonderful, relaxing week at this condo! It was clean upon arrival with a beautiful oceanfront view we enjoyed daily. The unit was spacious, perfect for our family, and great restaurants were nearby. We especially appreciated the convenient beach chairs. The condo was very nice! Awesome views of the ocean! Very clean and comfortable. It was chilly when we were there and we couldn’t turn the heat on. Someone did come to change it but it didn’t help. I will be sure that I understand how to use the temperature when we go back.

When we left both elevators were operating, but not to the ground floor (only down to lobby level) which made getting one’s “stuff” in the building a pain. This was inconvenient for everyone, visitors and condo owners alike, but will be resolved as soon as possible. (There are many buildings in Naples with non-functioning elevators at the end of 2022),From the moment you drive up to the gatehouse which is attended 24/7, you are greeted by beauty, elegance, cleanliness, serenity, and a feeling of security. A code is required to enter the building. Lobby is beautiful. Never encountered anyone who was not pleasant, polite, and friendly. The condo unit itself looks like the pictures on the website. It is very clean. Beds are good, pillows are not that great. Kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Lots of pots and pans and storage, too. Furniture looks virtually new. The terrace is quite large and affords beautiful Gulf views. (In December the sun sets behind one of the buildings closer to the Gulf, so no sunsets visible). The large pool and surrounding deck are pristine and like everything else, perfectly maintained. Building is very quiet. Only four units per floor.You will not regret staying here. We hope to return next winter.

Riding Out Hurricane Ian

We stayed at this property in 2021 and 2022. Unfortunately, this year included the hurricane event named Ian. The property structure was up to code and endured high winds and flooding well. However, the property emergency management failed miserably. Following the loss of power and water, the emergency lighting system functioned well. The elevators failed and the only way in and out of the upper floors was the stairwell (high-rise building). After the winds and flood waters receded, we were climbing up and down nine floors carrying luggage, water, etc., to load up and go home. We are senior citizens which made that challenging enough. While descending down the emergency lighted stairwell the lighting suddenly went out. We were plunged into total darkness. Once we reached the lobby floor exit at all risks of falling, we heard the maintenance person say he had intentionally shut down the emergency generator "to save fuel." Being a safety professional and specializing in emergency management, I was astonished at such an irresponsible and illegal act. Various codes and regulations require that emergency lighting be maintained especially when only one means of egress is available. The property manager was on-site at this time which further reduced my confidence in management's competence and concern for the tenants. We were exposed to the high probability of injury or worse, and the property owners to extensive premises liability. We will seek out another property for our next visit to Naples.
