Paradise!

Lovely property on sublime location. Full privacy & beautiful nature. We really enjoyed the crystal clear Sea & the Silence.

Ein super Urlaub in einer fantastischen Unterkunft. Wir konnten bestens abschalten , unser Hund bestens aufgehoben und immer Freilauf. Der Vermieter sehr nett und immer erreichbar , aber es war r alles da. Unterkunft sehr sauber . Schade das schon bis 2026 ausgebucht ist , aber wer da war weiß auch warum . Wunderschön . Im Oktober jeden Tag baden , schnorcheln uns Standup Paddel. Einen Tag nur Regen im Oktober . Wasser immer noch bis zum letzten Tag 22 Grad, Anfang des Monats 23,4 Toller Gastgeber

Ruhe pur,Erholung pur,fantastisch gelegen,ein Urlaub so richtig zum entspannen.Das Haus hat alles zu bieten,was man im Urlaub benötigt,einfach gesagt, alles hervorragend.Sind nächstes Jahr wieder am Start,da man sich keinen besseren Ort zum erholen wünschen kann.

Das Haus hat eine super Lage direkt am Ufer mit eigenen Steg. Wir waren die Letzten zwei Wochen im Mai hier und hatten super Wetter. Das Haus bietet allen Comfort so wie beschrieben. Der Vermieter ist sehr freunlich ,hat uns direkt an der Fähre empfangen und zum Haus geführt. Wir würden sehr gern wiederkommen.

Das Haus ist wunderschön, klein, kompakt und sehr sauber. Es ist mit allem eingerichtet was benötigt wurde, sogar ein Tiefkühlfach. Strom und Wasser war genug vorhanden. Sogar Spülmaschinentabs und Spülmittel waren vor Ort, diese hatte ich vorsichtshalber mitgebracht. Das Grundstück ist recht groß, sehr gepflegt und auch eingezäunt. Die Beleuchtung ist überall ausreichend, drinnen als auch draußen. Der Schlüssel wird im Hauptort Tkon beim Hausherren abgeholt und dieser bringt den Gast dann zum Haus. (Vorsicht: Straße ist SEHR eng und holprig!) Kommunikation ging in Englisch trotz Defizite problemlos. Marko ist sehr nett und engagiert, stets über SMS erreichbar und hilft bei jedem Problem, er brachte uns sogar extra einen Container für Glasmüll. Der Strand ist wie gewöhnlich steinig, aber sehr sauber und es gibt einen Steg, der den Einstig etwas angenehmer gestaltet. Der Ort ist klein und verschlafen, aber für das Nötigste wie Einkauf oder Essengehen ausreichend.

Dieser platz ist das reine Paradies, das Häuschen die Lage (wenn mann es ruhig mag) ist einfach Perfekt! Alles sehr sauber, der Vermieter sehr nett und das meer sooooo schön ❤️ Wir hoffen das wir wieder kommen Dürfen...mfg Silvia

Das Haus entspricht voll und ganz den Beschreibungen! Wir haben es überkomplett ausgestattet, blitzsauber und sehr geschmackvoll und z. T. neu möbliert übernommen! Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unaufdringlich. Das Highlight ist natürlich die Lage des Hauses! Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist positiv. Alles in allem: Traumlocation🤩

Ein wunderschönes Haus in einer einzigartigen, wunderschönen Alleinlage. Erholung pur. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und hat bis auf eine Waschmaschine (fehlerhafte Angabe in der Hausausstattung) alles was man braucht. Der Strand, die Außenanlage, das Meer einfach traumhaft. Ein Schattenplätzchen (Sonnenschirm) am Wasser wäre noch eine Bereicherung. Es war ein toller, erholsamer Urlaub.

Das Haus ist schön, sauber, hat alles was wir brau...

Das Haus ist schön, sauber, hat alles was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist traumhaft schön, das Grundstück genau so, wie ich es mir vorgestellt hatte. Leider hatten wir schlechtes Wetter, das war dann mit zwei Kindern (8 und 12) nicht so einfach. Wir sind über die Steine am Strand gehopst und haben viele Seeigel'schalen' gesammelt. Die Seeigel sind durch die Badeleiter ins Tiefe aber gar kein Problem. Also Anfang Oktober ist auf der Insel nichts mehr los, alles wirkt verlassen und einsam. Mir ist es allerdings eh lieber so ;) Die Anfahrt im Dunkeln hätte ich nicht gepackt mit Gegenverkehr auf enger Straße zwischen Abhang und Mauer. Aber der Vermieter ist vorgefahren und hat uns sicher geführt. Im Hellen und ein,zwei Male später, war ich gut eingefahren zwischen Haus und Tkon. Also ich bin begeistert von Haus und Lage und sehr zufrieden mit dem Kontakt zum Vermieter!

We spent a perfect week there with the family. The house is clean, equipped with almost everything you would need apart from a washing machine. Absolutely no issues with electricity, water or wifi. The small kitchen garden was a really nice and quite handy surprise! The boat/ship traffic sometimes is heavy though not really disturbing. We want to return nut you need to book 2 years in advance... <3 <3 <3

Klidné místo s téměř nerušeným soukromím, dobře vybavená, čistá chatka a hlavně moře s vlastním vstupem (molem) pár kroků od domu. Není vhodné pro hodně malé děti.
