Apartament znajduje się przy samej wodzie zatoki, w której cumują statki. Widok z balkonu przepiękny, apartament czysty i przestronny. Dobrze urządzony i wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. Duże przestronne pokoje i łazienka z prysznicem. Gospodarze bardzo mili i pomocni, przygotowali poczęstunek i wino w formie chorwackich specjałów. Jest miejsce do parkowania, pomost do opalania i miejsce do np. cumowania sprzętów wodnych np kajaku czy pontonu czy motorówki. Jedyny minut to brak klimatyzacji ale da się wytrzymać w końcu jest się przy morzu i chłodzi bryza.

Non sono lamentele, ma suggerimenti per migliorare: A) Installare condizionatore, anche piccolo: è indispensabile B) Far arrivare acqua calda anche al lavandino della cucina C) Pulire prima dell'arrivo degli ospiti: -c.1 filtro della macchina del caffè era ancora pieno di fondi ammuffiti -c.2 le stoviglie erano appiccicose (probabilmente lavate male e/o non risciacquate) D) Migliorare le dotazioni di cucina -d.1 troppe pentole e nemmeno una padella -d.2 servizio da 6 posate insufficiente se si vuole usare la lavastoviglie -d.3 aumentare la dotazione di coltelli da cucina -d.4 fornire una bilancia da cucina -d.5 fornire un fornetto a micro onde -d.6 lavastoviglie difficilmente utilizzabile (simboli cancellati dall'uso: non si capisce come impostare i programmi)
