The structure, dating back to the 700's, has been completely restored with a large porch with pavement tiles, is composed of two double bedrooms, a large bathroom with a double sink and a bath with shower. Very large lounge with three sofas (at the time transformable into comfortable beds), fitted kitchen. Large porch with exclusive garden. Parking place, BBQ, air conditioning / heating, satellite TV, stereo hi-fi, free Wi-Fi.
We are in the heart of the Euganean hills, in Arquâ Petrarca, in the province of Padua in the second most beautiful village of Italy

Mooie, comfortabele vakantiewoning

Mooi en comfortabel ingerichte vakantiewoning. Aangename terras in de schaduw. Interessante uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes naar Venetië, Padua, Treviso. Ook voor fietsers een interessant adres om te gaan fietsen in de Euganeïsche heuvels.

Schöne große und geräumige Wohnung.

Die Wohnung hat alle unsere Ansprüche erfüllt :-). Super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, und Tagesausflügen nach Venedig, Padua, Bologna, etc. Im Radius von 10Km gibt es sehr gute Weingüter, Ölmühlen und Restaurants. Die Vermieter Barbara und Marco sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir werden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

liebevoll und charmant

Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es lädt ein auch mal einen Ferientag "zu Hause" zu verbringen, und ohne Freizeitstress einfach mal in den Tag hineinzuleben, ebenfalls ist Marco ein sehr netter Vermieter. Falls man nicht kochen möchte, kann man fußläufig ein sehr leckeres Restaurant erreichen. In Moneselice (5 Minuten mit dem Auto) befindet sich der nächst Bahnhof, man kann dort kostenfrei parken. Von dort fährt der Zug nach Venedig und man ist ohne Streß innerhalb von 45 Minuten dort... Im Ganzen wirklich sehr zu empfehlen! Lediglich sind die nächsten Bademöglichkeiten etwas weit entfernt.

Fantastic!!!

This property was even better than expected. Everything was accurate as described. The cottage was bigger than I imagined, it was clean, comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped. The location and setting were just perfect, we were a short train ride or drive to Venice, Padova, Ferrara, Bologna, Vicenza and more, and of course Arqua Petrarca and the Aegean Hills were magnificent.

La situation géographie permet d''aller facilement à Venise (station de train à 5mn), à la mer, dans les montagnes des Coli Euganei et dans les villes comme Padoue, Ferrara..."
