About this property

The condominium "Stella" is divided into three scales, each scale has a lift and consists of 6 floors, each floor there are 5 apartments. On the ground floor of the hotel you can find a communal area used for parking (not enough for all) closed by a bar, which can be opened only by someone who has the badge.
The building is perfect for family and friends, who like to walk, being located on the main avenue of Lido di Pomposa, where, on Sunday nights you can stroll among the stalls of the market and within walking distance of the beach.
Three-room apartment on the 4th floor with elevator, composed by entrance in living-room with a double sofa bed and kitchen area, a balcony with partial sea view, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower. The house is equipped with TV, washing machine and air conditioning (in living-room and in double bedroom), an umbrella and two sunbeds at the Patrizia Nettuno beach. Parking place not enough for everyone.

The accommodation is situated on the seafront at Lido di Pomposa, a short walk from the beach and very convenient to all the shops and services, ideal for a relaxing break.
