Our apartment is located in the heart of Aventura. Our 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit with sofa beds in the living room will comfortably fit a group of four (4) people.

Here is a description of our beautifully decorated, fully furnished modern unit:

MASTER BEDROOM: Large suite with 2 Double beds. Comfortable mattress with springs and double pillow top, private bathroom, walk-in closet, 42' Plasma w/ remote control and Cable TV, luggage holder, security safe, table lamps, alarm clock.

KITCHEN:
- Kitchen has been fully renovated with new appliances! Washer and Dryer are also available inside apartment. Kitchen is stocked with utensils, dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, cordless electric kettle, large microwave, refrigerator, freezer w/ outside cold water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, SHABBAT HOT PLATE and more...

GENERAL AMENITIES:
Living Room area includes a pull out couch, a 55'' flat screen TV with Home Theater system and U-verse cable TV, dining area with a round table and comfortable dining chairs, counter top with adjustable bar stools, Free WIFI internet, free local calls, balcony access with 2 chairs and table. We also provide you an umbrella and 2 beach chairs for you to carry to the beach.

About the Condominium:
The Yacht Club at Aventura is a safe, 24hr gated community with excellent amenities for the entire family. It offers a resort-style large heated pool and Jacuzzi , fitness center, two tennis and basketball courts, indoor racquetball, BBQ area, marina access, and a business center with free internet, printer, fax machine and an ATM available.
The Yacht Club condominium is located in the quiet residential area of Aventura, walking distance to the Safra Synagogue & around the corner from the Aventura Mall, the largest shopping mall in Florida.

Its great location provides very easy and convenient access to South Beach, Sunny Isles, Miami Beach, Hollywood, and Fort Lauderdale area. It is also near the Gulfstream Village Park and Casino, Waterway Shoppes, Bal Harbour mall, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and much more!

Get your work-out on at the Yacht Club Gym, or go for a nice evening stroll in the 3-mile jogging and exercise trail going around the prestigious Turnberry Golf Course, located right outside the residence.

Terms and Agreement:

CLEANING FEE:
We charge a one-time cleaning fee of $130.

CONDOMINIUM FEE:
We charge $110 condominium fee which includes the use of the amenities and a decal with barcode for your car which allow you to enter the condominium without having to wait in line.

RENTAL CONTRACT:
When booking your vacation through the VRBO booking located at the top right of the page, you will be prompted to read our cancellation policy and our house rules. Once you have accepted the policies, we will review the reservation specs and make a decision as to accept or reject the rental. Once we have accepted, the first payment of 50% of the cost will be processed. 21 days before the arrival date, you will need to complete the second payment which will be the other 50% of the cost. Upon us receiving your second payment, we will send you a Condominium Registration Form through e-mail and we ask that you send it back at your earliest convenience. This is done in order to comply with the condominium rental policies.
Upon your arrival at our apartment, we ask that you provide us with credit card information so that we can hold it as our security deposit. The credit card will be charged in the case of damage property or serious violations of apartment policy.

CHECK-IN & OUT:
The time of check-in is 4PM and time of check-out is at 11AM. We may be flexible if we do not have another renter coming or leaving in the same day.

Very clean and pleasant

Overall the property was very nice. Located in a nice and safe neighborhood and the security at the property was very good. The owner met us initially to let us in and gave us an overview of the unit. We were there for a medical procedure so didn't really use any of the amenities such as the pool or gym but we would stay there again.

Awesome appartment!

The appartment is gorgeous, nicely decorated, lot of storage, it includes absolutely everything needed (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc...) and has a nice view on the pool. The residence also includes tons of great amenities such as a barbecue area, a gym or basketball and tennis courts. The location is very convenient, right next to Aventura Mall and few minutes driving from the beach. Last but not least the host is really nice and very helpful. We definitely recommend!

Stayed here for almost 2 weeks. Check-in was a breeze. But the building is very old and found losts of hair all over the condo especially the bathroom, I assume from previous guests. I really don't like other people hair everywhere, that's just nasty to me. Inside shower down on white board is molded and should be cleaned. The baseboards around the entire condo needs to be cleaned and repainted. My experience was ok but I wouldn't stay here again.

The owner was FANTASTIC ! The communications was beyond me great customer service . When we arrived, the owner met us at the gate and gave us a THRILL walk thru of the club and rental ! I was a little nervous booking offline and looking at pictures but the place was SUPPPPER CLEAN And BEYOND BEAUTIFUL ,the view was amazing ! Close to a lot of good stores . We will def book again !!! I love good customer service thank you for a comfortable stay !

Wir haben fast drei Wochen in der Wohnung gelebt und waren richtig happy damit. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und alles verlief reibungslos.Die Wohnung ist super sauber, leise und die Möbel/Betten sind auch sehr bequem. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles funktioniert perfekt. Der ganze Aventura Yacht Club ist sehr schön und auch sehr sauber. Die Poolarea, das Fitnesscenter und das diskrete, fleißige und freundliche Personal fielen uns ebenfalls positiv auf. Es gibt in der Anlage auch viele Parkplätze. Die Aventura Mall ist sogar fußläufig zu erreichen...wir sind nicht immer gefahren. Wir können die Wohnung empfehlen und würden auch selber wieder hier wohnen. Von uns gibt es den "Daumen hoch"!

The place is beautifully decorated with white and blue colors. Overlooks the pool area, which is kept clean. Great location, close to the mall, grocery stores and driving distance to the beach. Would recommend.to my friends.

Me hospedei por 10 dias em Julho neste apto.Fomos recebidas pelo proprietário Sr Mario, muito amável.O apto é exatamente como as fotos mostram, limpo, decorado com muito bom gosto, com ar condicionado,wifi ,TV a cabo e todos os utensílios de cozinha. O Condominio é muito familiar e seguro, o apto tem uma vista linda para a piscina.Localizado muito próximo ao Shopping Aventura e Av Collins. Recomendo à todos que viajam para Miami .Com certeza voltarei no próximo ano.

About the owner: Hello and welcome! We are Mario and Marcela. We moved with our family from Argentina in 2003 and we bought our first apartment in the States at The Yacht Club in Aventura. There, we formed our first home in the US and lived in that apartment for four wonderful years. During our time at the Yacht Club, we especially enjoyed the great amenities and of the excellent Aventura area. We spent many days at the pool, had Argentinian-style BBQs, played tennis in the evening, and sat out on the deck fishing and watching the boats go by on the canal. Now, we moved to a larger apartment to accommodate our family, but we are still nearby! We currently have four nicely renovated and decorated rental units at the Yacht Club and we are very excited to have you stay over! We love what we do and we are always available to assist our guests. We will be happy to help you in planning your stay and we strive to help make your stay a wonderful, relaxing one!
