The lodging: Studio-room designed by architects, in a new building with lift, placed in the center of the neighborhood of the Born of Barcelona, beside the port. Wi-Fi (FREE CHARGES) XXS-small suite-studio XXS-Price, small rate !!! Room equippement: kitchenette with little fridge, bathroom with bathtube, sofa in living area and a wallbed 150x200cm double wall bed with very comfortable mattress, NOT folding bed, 20 m2.
It has many amenities: elevator, high-standing equipment, home automation (optional). Service vigilant 24 hours (included). Supermarket in the same building. Wi-fi FREE CHARGES, free WIFI internet access. Metro Station (yellow line BARCELONETA STATION just downstairs), Bus Station downstairs too. Train Station "Estació de França" 2 min on foot.

In same location, just door beside we have another lodging, it´s bigger than the Suite-Studio and with complete kitchen equippement and wash-dryer machine. Both can be joined in a bigger lodging.

The environment: Placed next to Barcelona port, beside Santa María del Mar church in the Born quarter. Between the sea and the old city. Activities and attractions: You could admire bulidings such as Palau de la Música, Santa María del Mar church in the Born quarter or visit the Picasso's museum at 5 minutes on foot. Walk and "get lost" by the narrow and antique streets and discover marvellous places of this city and get to Las Ramblas or Barcelona beaches, 10 minutes on foot. We suggest to those traveling with children to visit Ciutadella's park, the Zoo and the Aquarium. You can arrive there walking by pedestrian streets.

Very small but it does the job more or less, only allowed for 25 years old or more, it is precised in the announce but it's very disturbing so you can miss it at first. The building is safe

Great location

Although this apartment was very small, it worked well for my two-month visit. It was conveniently located right next to the Barceloneta Metro, between El Born and the port area. Missed having a microwave or oven, but the price was right. I would definitely stay there again.

Este estudio ha sido una decisión muy acertada, tiene todo lo necesario para estancias algo largas (yo estuve 2 meses). El espacio no es muy amplio pero todo está muy bien pensado. Además, tiene portero y 2 ascensores, que sobre todo ahora se agradece.... Decir también que es una zona muy turística...a unos minutos andando del mar, a otros tantos del Parque de la Ciutadella... Los dueños son amables y resolutivos ( tuve un problema con la vitrocerámica, y enseguida me la cambiaron). ¡Gracias por vuestra profesionalidad, Olga, estuve muy bien en vuestro pisito!
