Monthly Rental on Neely Henry fully furnished and ready to move in

This monthly rental is located upstairs in our home, but has separate entrance through garage giving our guest total privacy. Owners live on bottom floor. We have the perfect set up for anyone needing a place to stay while working in our area or planning a extended visit to our area. There is one bedroom with queen sized bed, full size living room and kitchen combination with one bathroom. The kitchen has full size refrigerator with icemaker, full size oven and microwave. The living room area has full sized lazy boy sofa sleeper. Table with 4 chairs for meals.. TV with firestick and wifi . We are on the Neely Henry Lake. The outside balcony is perfect for sunrise/sunset views. Fishing piers and boathouse give plenty of space for those wishing to fish . Lake Neely Henry is home to some of the best Crappie and Bass fishing around. Gadsden is a growing area and we are looking for individuals coming to work in our area who need a furnished apartment

Charming waterfront apartment with wonderful view

My husband and I were visiting the area for a wedding at J&D Farms. The Riverside Guest House was very close to the venue. The house is very spacious and clean. We really love sitting outside and enjoying view of the river at night. Thanks for sharing this beautiful place with us! Melanie and Paul

Fantastic stay in Studio Apt overlooking the river!

My husband and I really enjoyed the privacy and the comfort of the little studio over the garage...it was perfect for what we wanted on Labor Day weekend! We kicked back and hubby was able to watch football while I had family responsibilities ...Rinda even shared her big pot of chili with him, so she will be remembered for her culinary skills as well as for being a caring and giving hostess! Maurice was good, too, just to sit and visit whenever we all happened to be on the dock...watching boats go by. Sunset was fantastic, and fog on the morning water was also beautiful. We will return, for sure. Queen bed was very comfortable, temperature was good, fan was nice, and next time I hope to try out the Jacuzzi tub in the bath/shower...I'm sure it will be relaxing. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your piece of paradise on the water.

Perfect Waterfront Rental for Fishing and Relaxing

I can't say enough good things about this trip! The condo was charming and spotlessly clean. The owners where gracious and helpful, even sharing lots of fishing tips. The fishing dock/boat slip had every need and detail accommodated and the cat-fishing was outstanding! We took a boat, but you can definitely catch fish without a boat. We also really enjoyed using the pool during the mid-day heat. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping within a reasonable drive. We plan to go back as soon as possible.!

Wouldn't stay anywhere else!

This was the best choice I made for a weekend getaway with the grandkids! The apartment was absolutely beautiful and user friendly. Everything we needed for a great stay. My grandson and I have many food allergies and I was able to make all of our meals so we had a safe fun weekend. The pool was the perfect addition along with watching my granddaughter catch her first fish off of the dock! The sunset view is spectacular! The Hick's are absolutely wonderful people and hosts and go out of their way to make sure your stay is nothing less than perfect. Thank You!!!

Fisherman Paradise

The apt was updated and very clean and comfortable felt like home away from home. The owner were extremely nice and accommodating couldn't ask for a better place to stay!! The pool was outstanding and the docks were setup beyond expectations for fishing. Was very quite and relaxing. We will definitely be back again!!

Great upstairs apartment. It feels new. Clean and everything is perfect condition. The backyard, patio, pool and river are park-like. And that's an understatement. Rinda and Maurice are the most caring renters I have encountered. They genuinely want you to have a wonderful vacation. I truly hope to be back at this rental.

An Awesome Find!!!

This is the most beautiful lakefront property. The apartment, pool, lake, and docks are perfect. The apartment was spotless and the A/C worked perfectly. The full kitchen had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. We really felt like we were home, away from home, for this trip. Maurice and Rinda were great hosts and provided us with great information on local spots to eat and enjoy ourselves. They are very easy going and friendly. They have the sweetest kitten, Theo, who we thoroughly enjoyed, as well. The apartment has a nice balcony for outside meals and sunrise/sunset viewing. This was a great find and our family will return here, for sure!!!

Peaceful and Super Clean

Maurice, Rinda, and their two kittens were the perfect hosts. Our apartment was spotless. The swimming pool was perfect on such a hot day. We loved seeing all the birds, lightning bugs, and even a few fish. They have plenty of toys for kids: cornhole, a basketball goal, bikes, and fishing poles. It’s the perfect place to stay when visiting Gadsden or anywhere nearby. I used an air mattress on top of the sleeper sofa as well as a sleep mask. The light comes in pretty brightly in the mornings. You will not be disappointed at this peaceful place.

Fabulous spot on the river!

This is a fabulous spot for a weekend get away on the river. We were able to enjoy the pool, the docks, and the expansive deck. The apartment is darling. We enjoyed the balcony, off the living room area, each morning and evening. The kitchen has a full stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. Dish soap and scrubbers were provided. Ample towels also provided. The kids enjoyed sitting at the bat height table. Remember, there is no dishwasher or laundry machines. So, pack accordingly. Also, if you plan to cook special recipes, bring your own liquid and dry measures. The kitchen is stocked with good basics. Also, watch the footboard of the bed frame. My daughter and I both cut our knees on it during our stay. So, be more careful than we were. The fishing decor is fun and appropriate. The title and wood floors are lovely. Great water pressure in the shower. We had a grand time.

The perfect get away...

We stayed here so my wife could get more swim time and continue her lessons. The owners went out of their way to make sure the pool was in perfect condition before we arrived, and was great host all weekend. This is definitely on our list of places to stay in the future. Mike and Linda.
