Looking for warm weather and a beautiful view? Consider renting Coconut Cottage in Pease Bay, Bodden Town, Grand Cayman. One bedroom, one bathroom, laundry, sleeps four. Hardly used cottage includes high-end kitchen with granite counter tops and bar eating area. The property includes the use of a private pool, private beach, basketball, dock and much, much more.

You would be renting the blue cottage near the new pickleball court, not the main house (yellow). No guests would be in the main house (yellow) while you are renting the cottage. Therefore, you would have private use of the verandas around the main house as it is attached to the pool. The entire 8 acres would be private during your stay at Coconut Cottage.

Coconut Cottage is even better than the photos on VRBO. It’s modern, clean and well-stocked. The view of the ocean from the cottage is beautiful. It was a treat to spend time lounging on the veranda of the main house while spending time at the pool. My husband and I will be back. We loved East End Tukka and the QE2 Botanical Garden. Great for bird photography.

This place is fantastic. Very clean. We had pool and beach to ourselves. If you like private and quiet vacation, this is the best place. Laura was excellent host, responding quickly and very helpful. Due to position on the island, everything is reasonably close drive away. Excellent restaurant "Czech Inn" is 2 minutes away. Amazing food and super friendly atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone.

Perfect location

We could not ask for anything more!!!! Away from the fast pace near 7mile beach yet close enough to visit. The Cottage is exactly as described, we spent a lot of time snorkeling, paddle boarding and relaxing on the property. The view was unbelievable from the beach, deck and from the cottage both inside and out!!!

Just outside the cottage a bit of truck traffic noise. But it' peaceful and breezy on the beach and by the beautiful pool. It is quiet inside the cottage which has good water pressure providing in a very nice shower.

Quiet and secluded!

Host responds promptly and made sure we had everything we needed. Property was exactly as described, clean, quiet, and secluded - exactly what we were looking for as we prefer to stay away from tourist traps. Home is centrally located on the southern coast off the island so all points of the island are within a 30 minute drive.

Cottage sits literally on the beach with direct access to the south shore. The cottage has good access to the main property, including its wonderful pool. While the cottage amenities are basic, there is good shopping nearby. The owner and local property management are first-rate ans easy to communicate with. We would absolutely rent it again.

The best vacation rental we've stayed at! The cottage is spacious, clean and lovely. Beautiful views. We had the whole property to ourselves. Which includes the private beach and swimming pool at the main house..we took a nature walk and explored the property. We felt so spoiled the whole time. Definitely rent a car and explore the island!

amazing views, location and value

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful property. It is on a side of the island that is away from the major hotels so it is not crowded or pretentious. Very close to amazing public beaches and awesome restaurants. We swam right from the dock and took advantage of the paddle boards and walking the beach from the property. Laura had great communication and it was overall a very easy process. We would absolutely stay again. Great value for the price. Thank you Laura!

Getaway with a private beach and pool

We had an excellent stay in Coconut Cottage. The house was clean and the perfect space for two people. The access to the pool was a great feature to have. The property manager made sure the pool was clean when we got there. The views from the cottage were beautiful and we were able to use the supplied paddle board to float in the crystal clear water. You will feel you are on your own private beach. The owner gave us great recommendations for restaurants and excursion opportunities. We had a wonderful vacation and hope we can go back again.

Beautiful Getaway

Laura was amazing. Her communication was above and beyond. She was proactive in her communication, prompt to response and very nice. The cottage was exactly as described and well worth it. We had a beautiful view, it was very private and it's right in the middle of everything. We were about 10-15 minutes away from Rum Point and 20 minutes away from the Georgetown/downtown area. I would absolutely come back to visit.

Private and Authentic

Coconut cottage was a beautiful property on a perfect part of the island. We wanted to be away from the hustle of 7miles beach and nearer to the calm community of Boddentown. The sea grass made for a quick jump over to the sandy beach so bring water shoes, but that is the way of the island! Wayne and Ziggy were helpful and the lizards were adorable. Quiet, and clean but also just a little traffic noise on the way to work in the morning. Happy we chose to stay here-

Private getaway

We stayed at Coconut Cottage for 3 nights. The cottage was immaculately clean. Wayne, the property manager was very responsive, as was Laura the owner. We were already on the Island, having stayed at another VRBO for the first half of our trip. Laura kindly allowed us to check in much earlier than 4pm since the cottage was clean and ready. There was a lot of debris along the shoreline, due to recent storms. Tropical storm Helene was just preparing to hit the day we arrived. Still, we enjoyed the pool which was very clean and the view was amazing. Lots of coconuts and very private. Would book again, thanks :)

Perfection on Grand Cayman

Oh this place…outstanding all over. The beach, the views, pool, tennis courts and the cute little guesthouse with a nicely stocked kitchen. All just perfect to enjoy the laid back cayman experience. We stayed on seven mile beach for our honeymoon many years ago. We wanted a little slower pace and more privacy which is exactly what we had here. Rented a jeep and went all over the island including our favorite seven mile beach and found the public beaches east to find, plenty of space and always shady trees to lie under as well as clean sunny beaches. So nice to come back to our private space at the end of the day. The owner gave us excellent food recommendations which we agreed wholeheartedly with! We used the paddle boards on calm days and walked the beach, neighbors were friendly when we saw them which was rare! Just the best! Only thing I could wish for was space to be able to bring all our teens back for a family vaca here. Don’t pass this place up! We hope to return! Thank you thank you for the best unwinding week ever!

Coconut Cottage

Stayed March29-April 2nd. The property is exactly as pictured. Arrival process was super easy, house is extremely clean and smells great! Use of pool was great, small beach area in front of the pool was big enough for a couple of chairs etc. Grass flat has a few rocks so be sure to wear water shoes. Did a lot of snorkeling right behind the house. Pretty good current so be aware but if you are confident snorkeling and have good fins and mask (scuba quality) you should be able to start on the left side of the property and make it out to the reef with no issues. There is about a 50 yard area that drops down to maybe 10 feet deep at low tide. After that you can pretty much stand up anywhere all the way to the reef/rocks… just please do not step on any coral. With some looking you will find several large rock/coral formations with tons of fish and even two resident reef sharks. There are stingrays so watch out but the water is so clear that you can easily see them. It is about a 30 minute drive to either West Bay or Rum Point from the house. In rush hour that drive extends to 1 1/2 hours to and from West Bay so plan accordingly. The house has pretty much everything you need and we loved staying there. It is a bit remote but if you want tranquility this is the place.
