offering 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, bathroom with shower, large room upstairs to benefit from the sea view with living room, open fitted kitchen, small balcony and fireplace.
A south-facing terrace in the garden allows you to sunbathe or have lunch in peace and out of sight.
100m from Lambezen beach and 500m from the much larger Trez Rouz beach, it is an ideal place for children and shore fishing.
