It includes a large living room furnished with handcrafted furniture, a sofa and a balcony overlooking the main street; the kitchen inclusive of all the respective utensils and finally two bedrooms, one facing the course with respective balcony, two single beds, satellite TV and bathroom with shower; the other, internal, also with balcony overlooking an internal courtyard, double bed, satellite TV and bathroom with shower. The apartment is also equipped with independent heating, air conditioning, external terrace-solarium (on the 4th floor and therefore shared with the rest of the building) and is also accessible by an internal lift.
