The master bedroom has a double bed, a floor air conditioner, multiple hangers, a closet & a door that leads to the backyard. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain. Here you can also find some necessary essentials like detergents. The second bedroom has one single bed, a small window and a modern floor fan with ionization mode. The living room with the main entrance is fully furnished and has a TV, a DVD player / Home Cinema, a couch that can be converted to two single beds, a window, and an air-conditioning unit. The kitchen is equipped with all modern appliances.

Why they chose this property

My home is located in Anavyssos, Attica, Greece.
Anavyssos is a sea-side settlement on the south-east part of Attica prefecture, very close to Athens (46km / 28 miles). The house is located on the Lakka neighborhood of Anavyssos. It is a tranquil residential area. The sandy beach of Anavyssos is very close (15-minute walk or just 2 minutes by car) and it has various beach bars, which offers sunbeds and umbrellas. It is ideal for families and children and the waters are crystal clear. There are also many other beaches in the greater area, which among other things offer water sports, scuba diving, etc. The seaside towns of Saronida, Agios Nikolaos and Palea Fokea, where you can find a variety of supermarkets, restaurants, cafeterias, bars and even movie theatres, are situated 3-4km (2 miles) away. One of the most important archaeological sites of Attica, the Temple of Poseidon at Cape Sounio, is 20km (12.5 miles) away. The drive there, along with the Athenian Riviera, is breathtaking and once you arrive there you can go for a swim at the magnificent Sounio beach, with a view to the temple.

What makes this property unique

The house is small (60sqm) but conveniently accommodates 4-5 people. Located very close to the beach so you can enjoy the sea every day. It is also only 50km from the center of Athens (Acropolis, Plaka, Monastiraki) so it can be the ideal base for your excursions!
