The property is located in Lunigiana, 340 meters above sea level surrounded by woods and a few kilometers from the sea (20 km from La Spezia, 50 km from Versilia and 39 km from Porto Venere and the five lands.
The house is on two floors plus basement used as a boiler / woodshed area: entering from the garden, on the ground floor, large living area consisting of lounge with fireplace, kitchen and dining room, veranda with billiards and a large terrace as well as a bathroom with washing machine. On the second floor master bedroom with bathroom, three other bedrooms (two doubles and one with two single beds) and a further common bathroom.
Parking spaces in the garage (2) plus two others outside in the square in front of the garage.
Complete kitchen: fridge, oven, burners, crockery, pots, coffee machine and dishwasher.
Linen and towels are provided for all guests.

Amazing stay in a beautiful house

We had an absolutely wonderful time during our stay at this lovely house. The place was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—quiet, yet close to local Restaurants. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the atmosphere and the stunning views from the balcony. We would highly recommend this Location to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

A lovely stay in Liguria/Tuscany

We had a fabulous stay. The house was spacious and well situated. We used the nearby restaurant a few times and it was lovely to have this facility within walking distance. The pool table was enjoyed by the boys and the terrace was a lovely spot to have breakfast in the sun. The beds were very comfy. We all agreed the best sleep we’d had in ages. We loved visiting Lucca, Montemarcello and Lerici in particular as well as some of the Cinque Terre (which we did by train),

OK stay in Montale !

We had a good time in this villa, located on a hillside. A 7 minute drive to Aulla, were you can find everything you need. The villa is very spacious, 2 bathrooms, one modern, the other outdated but ok for us. The villa itself has a great view and enough space to parc the car. The first part of the runway is rough and narrow, and after a sharp bent, it's better to drive. A big classic kitchen with almost everything at hand, large living and a nice patio. The garden is nice, not really flat, (because it's on a hill) but enough space to play for the kids. We had a good communication with Valentina and a nice reception. The hotspots like Cinque Terre, Portovenere and La Spezia are close by. For Pisa and Lucca is around one hour, Florence (Firenze) 2 hrs. by car. A small remark is the cleanliness of the house, this could be a bit better. Overall, a nice classic house, classic decorated, needs some renovations to preseve it for the future though. But if you like peace, the Italian way of life, nature (we had a deer in the garden one time), this villa will be a good stay for your vacation.

Wer ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig ,schön gelegenes haus ,sehr gepflegt nette anbieter ,das einzigste was ich zu bemängeln habe ist das die auffahrt sehr tiefe schlaglöcher hat die dem auto nicht so gut tun ,solte geebnet werden ,dann ist die steile abfahrt zum haus kein problem. Das ist aber auch das einzigste sonst alles top.komplett ausgestattetes haus mit Handtüchern und Bettwäsche

Urlaub in Montale

Schönes Haus, alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Egal ob Putzmittel, Küchenutensilien oder auch Spiele. Zu Fuß erreicht man 4 tolle Restaurants, die unscheinbar wirken, aber tolle Panigacchi servieren (regionale Spezialität). Auf dem Grundstück befinden sich 3 weitere Häuser, von denen jedoch nur eines bewohnt war. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Kontakt mit Valentina (spricht fließend englisch) klappte super und sie war jederzeit erreichbar. Preis-Leistung völlig in Ordnung.

très belle propriété ! mais....

Belle maison spacieuse, mais que de poussière… La propreté des lieux était plus que limite. De plus, un des WC fuyait et ne pouvait être utilisé ! La réparation n'a pas été faite durant notre séjour, dommage !!

amazing stay

We spent a week this summer at Vitto's house and we recommande it strongly. The house is well located and is very confortable for 7 people including 2 small children. Restaurants are 2 minutes away by foot and la Spezia is 30 minutes away to reach the cinque terre. We were lucky to spend a little time with Vitto' familly and to receive a very warm welcome.
