A recently renovated apartment located within a 15 min walk to all the popular restaurants, cafes and bars. As well as the Old Venetian Harbor. The house is spacious yet cozy, and situated in an upper scale quiet neighborhood. Fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances, as well as free wifi, and flat screen TVs. Additionally, there is a front and back porch and private parking for an economy sized car.

The apartment is a 65sq.m. in size, has 2 bed rooms, spacious living room with two sofas, 1 bathroom with bathtub, washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a front and back porch with table and chairs.

The apartment will be fully provided to the guests for their own private use. The parking for one car is free and for the apartment residents.
If residents have large vehicles or more than one car then free parking is allowed in the neighborhood.

The apartment is on the ground floor, and has one floor above with separate residents.

The apartment is located in one of the highest regarded neighborhoods of the city of Chania. The district of Halepa, is historically acclaimed and has viewpoints, cafes, restaurants and a museum to visit.

The apartment is next to the sea, and a 2min walk to the bus stop. The center of town and the old harbor are just 15min of walking and some of the best fish tavernas in Chania are 5 min away. A true gem for those wanting to relax and enjoy they stay in Chania.
