The structure is well located in a strategic area, close to the motorways, thus reaching all the tourist destinations of the Campania region, including the beautiful city of Naples. The property has three bedrooms with private bathroom in formula B & B: Ylenia Room, Giorgia room and Federica room. It also has two apartments in formula vacation home located within the structure, but with separate entrance: "Lello" Depandance consisting of double bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom, suitable for two people and with the possibility of adding a bed. Attic "Wanda", a 90sqm apartment with large living room, dining area, kitchenette, two bedrooms, terrace level, suitable for 5 people
