Contains living room with well-equipped kitchen area and fully tiled bathroom with underfloor heating and
washing machine. Upstairs with two bedrooms and a hallway in the middle. The covered roof in the west facing position.
Large natural plot (1,500 sqm). Cycling and hiking trails nearby. Bikes can be borrowed for free.

Very nice house close to the beach

We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. You can spend time at the beach or go bike riding or do tours around the area. Great place to be.

A fantastic house in a magical place, very well equipped and completely peaceful even in the Summer. Ingemar and Katerina are nice, friendly people. This is a great place to relax and unwind.

Great vacation

We had a really nice stay in a cute little house by the Sea. The house was very clean, has everything you need, well equipped. We also used the bicycles to explore the surrounding area. Thanks again

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig mitten einem Waldstück, der Strand ist nur ein paar Meter entfernt.Es gibt alles, was man braucht.Die Gastgeber Ingemar und Katharina sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit.Gerne wieder!

Das Haus war praktisch mitten im Wald und nur ca. 200 m vom Strand entfernt. Abends waren Kaninchen und Eichhörnchen im Garten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Gastgeber super nett. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Der Check-in verlief sehr unkompliziert und flexibel. In der Küche findet man alles, was man zum Kochen für 4 Personen benötigt.Das Haus liegt auf einem schönen, großen Grundstück, auf dem viele Eichhörnchen zu sehen sind. Es liegt sehr ruhig, und trotzdem nur 150m vom Strand entfernt. Kugelgrill, kostenlose Fahrräder, TV im Wohnzimmer und WLAN runden das Paket ab. Die Gastgeber:innen Katarina und Ingemar sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung kann man schön spazieren gehen, wandern, Fahrradfahren und Schwimmen. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung, sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt dort!

Entspannter Urlaub

Wir haben über den Jahreswechsel 8 ruhige Nächte in diesem schönen Haus verbracht. Es war alles vorhanden was man benötigt und alles sauber und ordentlich. Ingemar und Katarina sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wer hier, abseits vom "Endjahreslärm" einen ruhigen Ort sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Ein rundum gelungener Schwedenurlaub

Wir wurden von unseren Gastgebern herzlich begrüßt, inklusive frischer Blumen vor dem Haus und auf dem Esstisch. Das Haus entsprach voll unseren Erwartungen: Es ist super ausgestattet, liegt nahe an einem traumhaften Strand und ermöglicht somit erholsame Stunden am Meer und interessante Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Kinder wollten gar nicht wieder weg und wir kommen sicher einmal wieder.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus in toller Lage

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in dem sehr schönen und bestens ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist toll - umgeben von Wald nur ca. 100m vom einsamen Sandstrand. Wir waren mit unserem ID4 angereist und konnten die Wallbox am Haus nutzen. Vom Ferienhaus sind eine Vielzahl von Golfplätzen in der Nähe gut erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Erholsam, ruhig und gemütlich

Wir durften eine Woche in diesem sehr gemütlichen Haus verbringen, in dem wir uns nach der Ankunft sofort wohlfühlten. Kommunikation im Vorfeld und Übernahme des Hauses verliefen absolut unkompliziert. Das Haus ist sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Das Meer mit einem schönen Sandstrand, an dem man auch gut entlang wandern kann, liegt quasi vor der Haustüre. Die ganze Wohnsiedlung strahlt Ruhe aus - genau das, was wir suchten. Den Garten, die beiden Terrassen und den windgeschützten Sitzplatz auf der Terrasse konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, auch nicht die Fahrräder, da wir eine Woche mit ziemlich kaltem und regnerischem Wetter erwischt hatten. Trotzdem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Zum gelungenen Urlaub beigetragen haben auch Ingemar und Katarina, die sehr gastfreundlichen, entgegenkommenden, herzlichen und unaufdringlichen Vermieter. Vielen lieben Dank!

Juleboda

Der Aufenthalt in Juleboda war sehr erholsam. Diese Ruhe, nur Naturgeräusche zu hören, der wunderschöne Sandstrand ist in ca. 140 m erreicht, alles vorgefunden so wie beschrieben. Wir waren schon das 2. Mal dort weil es uns so gut gefallen hat und es wird bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal gewesen sein. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Tolle Woche

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage in einem ruhigen Ferienhausgebiet mit weitläufigen Grundstücken. Bei offenem Fenster hört man die Brandung der Ostsee. Schöner Garten mit 2 Terrassen. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Die Gastgeber haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen, es gab sogar frische Blumen auf dem Tisch. Die nähere Umgebung ist sehr schön zum Radfahren oder lange Spaziergänge am Sandstrand. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge mit dem Auto wunderbar geeignet.
