Comfortable three-room apartment recently built. Comprising lounge with kitchenette with oven, microwave oven, 5-burner stove, fridge, dishwasher, extendable table, sofa with sceslong and TV. (equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots, coffee pot, dishwasher and kettle). Double room with private bathroom with tub and large fully equipped walk-in closet. Second bathroom with shower. Room with bunk bed and single bed. The apartment has two comfortable terraces, one of which is a veranda. In addition to heating, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a coffered air recirculation system. A few minutes from the sea and from the Rimini fair. Small pets are allowed in the apartment (subject to confirmation from the owners). WI-FI and FREE parking.

Quartiere tranquillo e molto verde,cespugli di rose ovunque e profumo di tigli.appartamento comodo e pulito con un bel balcone verandato per il gatto.chi non vuole farsi una passeggiata di 10 minuti per la spiaggia trova comunque parcheggio prima del lungomare.i proprietari gentilissimi e presenti.direi una bella esperienza

Kurzaufenthalt mit Hunden

Wir fühlten uns in der Fewo mit unseren 3 Hunden willkommen - was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Die Wohnung war sauber und mittelmäßig ausgestattet. ( es gab z.B. keine Weingläser) Da wir nur 4Tage dort waren haben wir die Küche außer zum Frühstück kaum genutzt. Aus der Geschirrspülmaschiene hat es leider gestunken, weshalb wir sie nicht benutzt haben - optisch war sie sauber. Handtücher waren sehr alt und wir waren froh unsere eigenen dabei gehabt zu haben. Aber unsere Hunde waren willkommen. Wie immer haben wir versucht die Wohnung sauber und ordentlich zu verlassen, damit auch in Zukunft Gäste mit Hunden willkommen sein werden. Leider endete die Geschichte unschön uns wurde unterstellt wir hätten durch das anzünden einer Kerze einen Russfleck am Wohnzimmermöbel hinterlassen. Tatsächlich haben wir die Kerzen nur auf den Balkon benutzt. Wir können nicht beweisen, dass dieser Fleck nicht schon vorher vorhanden war, da wir verständlicher Weise nicht vorsorglich die Regalböden von unten fotografiert haben. Für diese unterstellte Beschädigung wurden 95 Euro der Kaution einbehalten. Genug um sich darüber zu ärgern zu wenig um dagegen vorzugehen!

Relax accoglienza divertimento

Appartamento comodissimo e spazioso in una zona piena di verde con posteggi gratuiti. A piedi è semplicissimo arrivare al mare che anche d'inverno ha un fascino incredibile. Nell'appartamento Silvia ci ha fatto trovare tanti deplian di location da visitare con tanto di cartine, a ogni nostro dubbio o richiesta ha sempre fornito indicazioni. La casa e' pulita e curata comoda anche la terrazza con il tavolino e la vetrata con lo sportellino per far passare dall'appartamento alla veranda il nostro piccolo cagnolino che è stato accolto con una cuccia e le ciotolina già pronte ....che dire grazie speriamo di riuscire a fare altri fine settimana.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité de cette location et la proximité de la plage (ce qui nous a permis de nous y rendre avec les enfants en marchant). La gentillesse de nos hôtes nous a particulièrement touché.Nous relouerons ce bien sans hésitation si nous revenons à RIMINI !!

Siamo stati ospiti da Silvia dal 21 al 24 aprile. L'appartamento era in ottime condizioni, molto pulito e con tutti i comfort. I proprietari sono stati molto disponibili e sono venuti incontro a tutte le nostre esigenze, perfino a quelle del nostro gattino! L'appartamento di trova a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare e dispone di un comodo parcheggio. Assolutamente consigliato!

Una vacanza in totale relax

Siamo rimasti veramente soddisfatti di questo appartamento. Si è rivelato veramente confortevole per la nostra famiglia. L'appartamento era perfetto al ns arrivo, ed è situato in posizione comodissima per il mare e con tutte le comodità bar, ristoranti, supermarket a due passi da casa. Silvia è stata molto gentile e non vediamo l'ora di tornare. A presto!

L’appartamento di Silvia è stata la soluzione perfetta per la nostra vacanza. Molto pulito, spazioso e confortevole, nulla lasciato al caso, l’alloggio corrisponde esattamente alla descrizione ed è ancora più bello dal vivo. Silvia è sempre stata disponibile per consigliarci ed aiutarci a trascorrere una vacanza fantastica.
