Cozy Three-room apartment -Rimini sea/fair

Comfortable three-room apartment recently built. Comprising lounge with kitchenette with oven, microwave oven, 5-burner stove, fridge, dishwasher, extendable table, sofa with sceslong and TV. (equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots, coffee pot, dishwasher and kettle). Double room with private bathroom with tub and large fully equipped walk-in closet. Second bathroom with shower. Room with bunk bed and single bed. The apartment has two comfortable terraces, one of which is a veranda. In addition to heating, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning and a coffered air recirculation system. A few minutes from the sea and from the Rimini fair. Small pets are allowed in the apartment (subject to confirmation from the owners). WI-FI and FREE parking.
