Nice Getaway

Great vacation with family and friends in a beautiful condo. We loved how spacious it was and how well stocked the kitchen is! We loved the ice maker and the furnishings. I especially loved being on the 4 th floor. We will definitely be going back to 405D!

Fantastic condo!

We loved staying at this condo overlooking the pool. Lots of light, loved being on the top floor, especially loved the view when the sun would set. The unit is very clean and up-to-date with all the amenities. Our experience was great start to finish with the owner. I’m hoping we come back here next year!

Great condo

Spent a nice long weekend at this beautiful condo. We had thee couples and the condo was great since there are three king beds. It was comfortable and very well equipped. Loved the ice maker! Gorgeous, large deck overlooking the pool. Would definitely recommend this condo for families or couples. Close to lots of restaurants.

Everything you would want in a beach condo and more

Comfortable and cozy condo. Very tastefully decorated with everything you need. There is a lovely view from the patio. This condo is one of few three bedrooms where you can see the gulf. The three bedrooms with three king size beds was perfect for our girl's trip. We have stayed in numerous condos at the Adagio and this is absolutely the best one!

Wonderful time at Adagio

We absolutely loved our time at D405. The condo was beautiful and spacious. It had all the essentials you could need. The complex is beautiful and all the amenities you could ask for. We highly recommend this condo if your looking at it to rent. We will be going back soon. Thanks for allowing us to stay at D405.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is GREAT! Loved the end unit & our glimpse of the Gulf. Having 3 king beds was great for us & 2 married children and the extra bonus of high chairs for our 7 mo old grand baby. It was a great time just sorry it had to come to an end. Beautiful condo to rent

This condo was beautifully decorated with warm colors. This corner unit had lots of windows, a huge balcony, and a partial view of the ocean. It had all of the comforts of home. In addition, the rooms were very clean. I especially liked that there was no carpeting, but marble floors throughout. This was very practical for a beach condo.

Wonderful 3 bedroom unit that is so spacious!

We loved the unit and was pleasantly surprised at how roomy and spacious it was. The furnishings were all very nice. There were no stains or anything on the bedding or furniture. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots/pans, and dishes. The double shower head in the master with great water pressure is great! We will definitely be returning to this property!

No Surprises

Everything was perfect. D405 was beautiful and much bigger than the pictures show. We really enjoyed being on the top floor in a corner unit. The extra side window in the living room was a bonus. The owner, Steve, was a great communicator and always responded In a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

TENTS/CANOPIES

I'm giving the whole property a "fair" because NO where in the description does it say that you can't have tents/canopies on the beach. I arrived to set up my canopy (because I have an infant) and there's a sign on the area as you walk down to the beach that states NO tents or canopies. This should be in the Overview part of the breakdown. The condo itself as AWESOME and we are very please. It's very well kept and has everything you could possibly need as far as utensils, etc. Steve was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful in our planning. The small detail about the NO canopies/tents should be added for those families that have little ones. I've personally been staying up and down 30A for 10 years and NEVER not been able to set up a canopy/tent. AGAIN, the condo was perfect...the ONLY complaint is the tent issue.

Great place for a family vacation

We just returned from a great family vacation - 2 adults/3 kids(17/17/7). Everyone had a great time at the beach and pool. It was very nice to be able to go to the beach and then finish the day at the pool and/or hot tub. The condo looks identical to the pictures in the description. It was very clean and well maintained. The furnishings were in very good condition and the beds were very comfortable. The condo has a very nice comfortable home feel. There weren't any issues with the condo or the complex. The only negative comment regarding the condo is lack of WIFI access. Luckily we had our own portable WIFI device otherwise it would have been very difficult to stay linked in with work and the teenagers would have drove me crazy without being able to post on Facebook. :) The Adagio complex is very well maintained as well. It's in a great location to explore 30-A. I would definitely stay at this condo again and would be very comfortable recommending it to friends. family and co-workers. We had a great vacation!

This is our family vacation home and we love to share it with our guests. We keep our condo in top condition for the enjoyment of ourselves and our guests. We are northerners who discovered the 30-A beach side community and immediately fell in love with the pristine beaches and many activities available.
We enjoy discussing with our guests this unique area and share what it has to offer including the best beach in the US, great restaurants, fantastic hiking and bike trails, tennis and golf.

Why they chose this property

We are original owners at Adagio. Adagio has become the place to stay along 30-A. The beaches of the Emerald Coast are the best we have ever seen. We had our choice of units to purchase and we were fortunate to get this top floor corner unit which we believe is the most desirable poolside unit at Adagio.

What makes this property unique

Our vacation condo is a premium top floor corner unit which feels and looks larger with lots of natural light.
We utilize Adagio30a as our on-site property manager so our guests will always have immediate service for any needs that may arise. All bedding, including comforters is cleaned for each reservation.
