The structure was completely renovated in 2017 and I can say that it faithfully reflects my philosophy: modern structure with quality furnishings, highly technological, with all the services you can imagine, positioned in front of the sea in the beating heart of Villa Rosa.
Think of the pleasure of being able to take a bath at midnight only by going out of the structure's door and being a few steps from the sea.
The structure is an attic on the 2nd floor and has a huge terrace that runs around the house and from which you can see the beach and the sea in the front .. but in the back there is also a splendid view of the mountains . The terrace furniture is also trendy .. armchairs, table and chairs are signed by a stylist.
It will be wonderful to drink an evening aperitif or enjoy a dinner prepared by you while enjoying the splendid view of the sea.
All rooms have large TV screens and in the living room the TV is hung from the ceiling and motorized. Even the window shutters are all motorized.
The bathroom is very modern with a huge shower and a huge shower head .. but above all it is sanitized at every tourist change (something that goes beyond disinfection) with a seal of guarantee.
The bedrooms are at the top .. I don't think it's possible to have anything better. Brand new and modern furniture with supply of the whole
bed linen.
All rooms have air conditioning.
