About this property

Three Bedroom Entire Apartment Great for Families.

We are one of the few short-term tourist rentals listed on the OFFICIAL Niagara Falls, NY tourism website and have an operating permit for the City of Niagara Falls, so you can feel safe and secure booking with us.

This beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment can sleep 6 people in beds. Minutes from the Falls by car or bus.

It includes three bedrooms, a living room, a sunroom, a dining room, a full bathroom, a full working kitchen, and WiFi. Central air conditioning and heating.

Each bedroom has a bed, closet space, and a dresser. The two larger rooms also have ceiling fans.

Includes a sunroom, full bathroom, full kitchen with stove, microwave and refrigerator, dishwasher and dishes, full dining room with seating for six guests and a living room with a Smart TV for you to log in to your Netflix or other streaming service.

There is a separate rental unit above and it has old hardwood floors, so there is the possibility of noise from other guests. If ever there is an issue please call or message me.

Niagara falls

The place was nice and really close to all the attractions at the fall. There floors are really squeaky so even though the people upstairs were quiet they squeaked while walking. The front room for reading made a nice place for getting away from everyone else. Cleaniness downgrade was dishes were dirty in cabinet.

Great place for a family

This was a great place for the family to spread out a little bit and take a break from hotel rooms. The kids really enjoyed it too. The neighborhood is nice. The Falls are quite close, so we used it as a launching point for exploring the area.

Perfect location!

James was quick to respond and everything about the rental was as expected. The neighborhood seemed friendly, and the house was in a great location to the falls, food, and stores. We enjoyed it!

Clean and plenty of space

The unit exceeded expectations. Great location to Niagara Falls state park as well as the rainbow bridge. Place was very clean with comfy beds. Dishwasher was a bonus! All in all a great weekend and would stay here again!

Beautiful home with character

Overall the property was great and we enjoyed our stay. My only significant issue was with the kitchen supplies. When we rent a house, the kitchen is important to us for preparing meals, not only to save restaurant costs, but also due to food sensitivities. The kitchen lacked things like a large bowl to mix a salad. (I had to improvise with a pot) . One pot was unusable and should have been thrown away. Eating utensils were sparce and did not all match. Just having a nice set of dishes and utensils make a table setting feel special and doesn't cost that much . This may seem very trivial to most, but I value these little things especially when spending so much for a stay. The beds were comfortable, the house was spacious, and we especially enjoyed the friendly outside cat.

We were only there overnight. Clean, in a good neighborhood, close to the falls and restaurants. Shower leaked water from the head and was too lose to take a shower. Beds were comfortable and slept well ( but had been up 24 hours traveling so was very tired). Our quiet time was 10 pm. One bedroom was noisy with a child upstairs yelling and swearing at his video games. Owner and son stay upstairs. Our nice vehicle was parked along the road as expected. The owner came out to water a small tree shortly after we arrived. He splattered dirt/mud on the side and window of our vehicle and he didn’t rinse it off.

The property and neighborhood are ok. It met our basic needs, but there wasn't anything really outstanding about the property. The house is very dated, old, creaky floors, old bath towels and you can hear the tenants upstairs at night. They quieted down by about 11pm though. The town of Niagara Falls seems very run down and somewhat unsafe.

Nice Place - But reminds me of the Nick Saban Commercial

Place was fairly clean. Except the bathroom (bath tub had pubic hair in the tub). The bathtub needs replaced or refinished as it's peeling. And it appeared to have some mild mold on the tile surrounding the tub! All the windows for the entire apartment were dirty. Hadn't been cleaned in some time. The kitchen was functional but a bit out dated. The living room furniture also needed upgraded. TV was small for the size of the room. The bedrooms were fantastic! Beds were great!!!! Loved the hardwood floors. Over all a good place to stay, just needs some minor attention. Host was great with communication as well.

It was easy to find and close to Niagara Falls activities. It was very clean and the kitchen had supplies for cooking but there were limited spoons. There was space for everyone and handy to have two bathrooms. The cat was friendly and a highlight for the kids.

A Warm and Welcoming Home Away from Home

I had a wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had all the essentials we needed, and the living room was cozy and comfortable—perfect for relaxing. The bedroom was also clean and very comfortable. The location was great, close to everything we needed. The host was incredibly attentive and provided clear instructions, showing how much he cares about his home and guests. I also really loved the decorative touches throughout the space—it made the place feel even more welcoming. Would definitely stay again!
