Beautiful and spacious house that we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at. Lots of space and a wonderful pool that kept the kids entertained and plenty of interesting places to visit in the surrounding area. Thanks Greta and Greg for a lovely stay!

The Hardy family

We had a lovely relaxing week at Chez Piaud. The house is as described, roomy, well laid out and well equipped. Pool was nicely enclosed adjacent to house with lounging and eating terraces. The surrounding grounds attractive and well maintained. Local boulangerie not open every day of the week but fresh every day at local supermarket 10 minute drive in Baignes. Would happily return another year.

Summer 22

We had 3 weeks in Vanzac in August and had a wonderful time. The house is in a beautifully peaceful spot but close enough to amenities to make shopping easy enough. The house is very well equipped and we wanted for nothing. We loved the garden and the pool. One observation - we could have done with a couple more sun loungers - there were 4 and we were 6.

Une très belle maison

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour pour la semaine du Nouvel An dans ce gîte. La maison est confortable, chaleureuse, spacieuse et très bien équipée ; le jardin est immense. Nous avons pu observer des chevreuils et des lièvres dans les champs aux alentours, pour la plus grande joie des petits et des grands. Un seul bémol : la chambre dortoir au rez-de-chaussée est très humide, et le deshumidificateur ne suffit pas à la rendre agréable en hiver. J'imagine que, l'été, ce problème n'existe pas. Merci pour ce très agréable moment !

Un séjour relaxant en famille

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette belle maison et tout le monde a passé un merveilleux moment. La parc qui entoure la propriété est magnifique et gigantesque, les enfants s’y sont beaucoup amusés et ont adoré observer les écrevisses dans l’étang. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée. La propriétaire est adorable. Bref, un séjour en famille absolument parfait!

Tranquillité, charme et nature

Nous avons passé 2 semaines au calme dans une jolie maison pleine de charme. Le parc autour de la maison est très beau et la piscine superbement exposée. Autour de la propriété le paysage est légèrement vallonné; il a des champs de mais, de tournesols et des vignes tout autour. A conseiller pour passer des vacances isolé et au calme.

Superbe endroit au calme. Très belle maison charentaise.

Nous étions 8 adultes et 5 petits enfants. Très grande propriété où chacun pouvait s'occuper comme il le souhaitait. Piscine, badminton, ping pong, babyfoot, chasse au trésor, lecture etc...l'ombre des arbres permettait de prendre les repas dehors facilement. On aurait bien apprécié que la piscine soit chauffée pour en profiter toute la journée. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. M D

Superbe maison très authentique

Cette très grande maison a beaucoup de charme. Elle est magnifique et la vaste propriété, bien clôturée, l'est tout autant, avec des arbres fruitiers croulant sous les prunes (notamment). Bonne piscine donnant sur une immense pièce carrelée où l'on peut s'allonger confortablement quand il fait trop chaud pour rester au bord de l'eau. Quelle que soit l'heure de la journée, on trouve autour de la maison une terrasse à l'ombre ou ensoleillée. La cuisine est très vaste, ce qui est très pratique quand on est nombreux dans la maison avec beaucoup d'enfants. Peut-être le barbecue pourrait-il être un peu plus grand. A part cela, la maison est vraiment très bien équipée (tables, chaises, vaisselle abondante) et la literie confortable. Les enfants ont été ravis de jouer au baby-foot ou au ping-pong sous l'immense abri couvert. Une location à recommander, vraiment.
