Love to bass fish, water ski, swim or just enjoy fabulous sunsets? Then this recently built compound is for you. The main house has 2 master suites with a fun giant sleeping room that sleeps 12 people. The new attached guest house has 2 additional bedrooms and a separate bathroom. The 1200 sq. ft screened in wraparound porch is perfect for ping pong and other games. Great for large family reunions or Fl. Gator games. (Gainesville is 30 mins away)

This house was newly constructed about 6 years ago and was built for fun and large groups who enjoy being together

What makes this property unique

We have tile floors throughout both houses which makes cleaning up easier and the very large screened in porch offers plenty of room for games and fun.
