AntikMalta House Family Flat: a unique Maltese atmosphere

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We were genuinely saddened and deeply surprised by the overall rating we received, particularly because it was completely different from everything communicated to us throughout your father’s stay. From the very first day until his departure, we remained in regular contact. It is our usual practice to check in with all our guests every day, not as a formality, but because we want to make sure that everything is going well and, above all, to be able to intervene quickly if anything is not as expected. We believe this is what genuine hospitality means: being available when help is needed, rather than only hearing about a problem after departure. During the stay, we were repeatedly told that the apartment was “great”, “perfect” and “fantastic”, that your father was thoroughly enjoying his holiday, and we were even told that he would probably leave us a very positive review. For this reason, receiving an overall rating of just one star was entirely unexpected. We fully understand that every guest has different needs and preferences. Our apartment is located in the very heart of Sliema, just a few steps from Balluta Bay, one of the liveliest and most sought-after areas in Malta. Guests choosing such a central location should naturally expect the normal sounds of city life. Had we known that complete silence was an essential requirement, we would have done our best to recommend accommodation in a quieter part of the island that
