The most wonderful view in great comfort.

We returned to this development after 5 years and stayed in a comfortable, stylish and spacious apartment well managed by Carla. The views of the Atlantic are quite amazing. A car is essential for this vacation and you have to accept the property re- development opposite will cause modest noise. Since 2019 little has been done to repair the honeycomb concrete on the exterior of the apartments in which we stayed so where from here ?

Sehr laute Unterkunft

Wohnung mit absolutem Meerblick, sehr sauber und neue Einrichtung mit hochwertigen Möbeln, pefektes Bad und eine gute neue Küche. Besteck und Geschirr sehr dürftig! Die Betten sind eindeutig zu klein für Erwachsene! Der Wohnblock ist von außen sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wird größtenteils von Mietern mit lauten Hunden bewohnt. Unakzeptabel ist aber, daß sich gegenüber eine lebhafte Großbaustelle befindet: Unerträglicher Lärm von 7.30 Uhr bis 20.00 Uhr! Ein erholsamer Urlaub in der Wohnung ist deshalb nicht möglich!!! Darüber wurden wir zuvor mit keiner Silbe informiert!! Wir werden dies reklamieren müssen.

Apartment mit tollem Ausblick

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit Blick vom Balkon und dem Schlafzimmer auf Sesimbra, den Hafen und die Strände. Für den Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung benötigt man unbedingt einen Wagen. Der Ort selbst und die Strände sind ca. 2,5 Kilometer entfern. Das Apartment selbst ist sauber, gut aufgeteilt und ideal für 2 Personen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Carla funktionierte perfekt. Wir haben insbesondere die etwas entfernten, an Werktagen fast einsamen Strände von Meco und der Lagune Albufeira. Wenn wir etwas vermisst haben, dann war das ein Backofen, ansonsten war das Apartment für portugiesische Verhältnisse gut ausgestattet, das haben wir in Portugal schon viel schlechter erlebt. Fazit: das Apartment ist, wenn man einen Wagen hat, sehr zu empfehlen.

magnifique

Trouver mieux serait difficile, surtout la vue sur la mer. L'appartement est spacieux, confortable et décoré avec goût. Très bon point pour cette location. Seul petit bémol, il manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine.
