Apartament Can Mateu

Two minutes walk from the beach and 30 minutes by train from Barcelona. Apartment with large terrace recently renovated in the attic of a manor house listed heritage in the old case of Vilassar de Mar, 1 minute from the beach and the train station. It consists of two bedrooms one with double bed and another double with bunk, a bathroom and a living room-kitchen-dining room and a large terrace. The apartment is on the second floor without elevator, with wide access stairs; the main entrance and the stairs are shared with the inhabitants of the house, the rest of the apartment is totally independent. The ground is of hydraulic origin rehabilitated.

Nearby there are all services, such as supermarket, shopping area 35 minutes from Barcelona by train. It has free private parking in front of the house.
