This villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac facing the islands, away from the main street of the village and the shops.
A place of relaxation and conviviality. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto a large living room with a panoramic view.

10 meters from the beach, in a quiet dead end street, the decoration is cosy and neat.
This house lives all year round, we come here often. It has a large terrace with a nice garden, and outdoor furniture for 6 people.

This house is ideal for a family who wishes to be in the heart of the village life, close to the market, its restaurants and small shops.

The west facing garden is a real haven of peace, you can spend long hours in the sun or in the shade of the trees. From the garden and the house you have a view of the sea and can watch the magic of the tides.

Inside, the layout of the rooms allows you to relax, regroup or isolate yourself according to your desires. You will find all the necessary comfort and facilities.

Fantastic venue!

Very nice villa, definitely a recommendation for spending time in the Normandie. Host was very helpful and supportive. Even though a building site is close by (we were notified by the land lord in advance) we would visit this place again because the location is unique. Our vote: 5 stars !!

Charming house at one of the nicest beaches of Normandy

This house is perfect in every way. We were there in the fall, which is a wonderful time, but I can imagine that summer and spring with the porch and various seating areas in the garden must also be wonderful. The house may not have the highest level of luxury, but it is very clean and nicely decorated. It has a very spacious kitchen with a complete collection of accessories. The large windows overlooking the sea and Granville provide a fantastic view. At low tide the beach is no less than a km wide providing an amazing walk. You can also walk directly to the bakery within one km along the beach. We wanted to see everything in Normandy, but this house keeps you at home. We will definitely come back here again and our dog very much agrees.

Wir hatten noch nie ein so perfektes und toll gelegenes Haus mit einer KĂŒchenausstattung, die das Herz jeden Hobbykochs höher schlagen lĂ€sst. Der Strand direkt vor der HaustĂŒr und fußlĂ€ufig ein kleiner zauberhafter Ort mit allem, was man fĂŒrs Wohlbefinden braucht. Besser geht es fĂŒr uns nicht ! Wir kommen wieder

„Das Haus am Meer“ Von uns gibt es 5* fĂŒr einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem perfekt gelegenen Haus. Das Objekt ist voll ausgestattet mit allem was wichtig ist und entspricht der Beschreibung des Gastgebers zu 100 %. Das Objekt ist sauber und angenehm eingerichtet. Die Betten sind groß und bequem. Die Duschen funktionieren und sind gerĂ€umig. In manchen Bewertungen ist zu lesen, dass die Toilettensituation nicht so toll wĂ€re, klar ginge das besser, hat aber zumindest uns (3 Erwachsene 1 Kind) nicht gestört. Es hat alles tadellos funktioniert. Der Gastgeber hat sich persönlich vorgestellt und sich davon ĂŒberzeugt, dass wir vollauf zufrieden sind. Fazit: wir werden auf jedenfall wieder buchen.

Fabelhaft

Als vorletztes Haus, in einer Sackgasse gelegen, war dieses fast hundert Jahre alte GebĂ€ude ein Traumdomizil! Wenn auch der Strandzugang nicht ganz so direkt war, wie die Objektfotos es darstellten. Wir konnten weite StrandspaziergĂ€nge unternehmen. GrundstĂŒck und Haus waren gepflegt. Wir genossen die Stille und die MeernĂ€he. Die Eingangsterrasse war ausgesprochen einladend. Haus und GrundstĂŒck sind mit allem ausgestattet. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit dort verbracht und wĂŒrden gerne wiederkommen!

Herausragende Lage

Wir waren schon in vielen FerienhÀusern in der Normandie, aber diese hat mit Abstand die beste Lage. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Meter und die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einfach nur atemberaubend. Check in / out waren absolut problemlos. Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und nett. Jederzeit wieder.

Sommertage am Meer

Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Die Lage des Hauses oberhalb des Strandes mit der Möglichkeit die Gezeiten zu verfolgen ist einzigartig. Auch die nĂ€here Umgebung und die Landschaft der Normandie und der Bretagne sind sicher geeignet fĂŒr weitere Aufenthalte. Es waren rundherum 2 gelungene Ferienwochen mit großem Erholungswert. Wir wollen wieder kommen.

Ein Traum am Meer. Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Strand, super hundetauglich. Saubere, aber sehr französische Einrichtung. GemĂŒtliche Schlafzimmer. Problematische Toilettensituation. Eine Toilette eigentlich nicht zu benutzen, kleine Kammer neben der Fernsehecke, mit Hebeanlage. Eine Toilette im 1.Stock. Daher Top Empfehlung fĂŒr 2 Personen. Zu viert nicht zu empfehlen. WLAN Empfang ist ausbaufĂ€hig. Aber wer braucht im Urlaub schon WLAN?

Bella casa sul mare, con un problema serio.

Condivido le impressione dei precedenti clienti (magnifico panorama sul mare, ottimo giardino recintato, proprietario gentile e cordiale, cucina comoda e superaccessoriata). Ma c'Ú un problema con i servizi igienici, peraltro già segnalato da alcuni dei precedenti ospiti. Dei 2 WC descritti e mostrati in planimetria, uno Ú a piano terra, con porta sul salotto con un WC tipo campeggio molto rumoroso, di dimensioni minime, senza finestre, male odorante e con una perdita di acqua. Praticamente inutilizzabile. Il WC al 1°piano, Ú piccolo scomodo, senza finestre e male odorante. Anche il locale doccia al 1° piano ha una perdita d'acqua ed un odore terribile tanto da dover tenere sempre la finestra aperta. Quindi ottima casa, ma con servizi igienici non adeguati. Anche la pulizia e la manutenzione dovrebbero migliorare per un servizio di qualità pari al prestigio della casa.

Dieser Urlaub bleibt in bester Erinnerung

Wir haben in der Villa des Ondes einen Urlaub ganz nach unserem Geschmack verbracht: ruhige Lage, direkt am Meer, traumhafte Aussicht, großzĂŒgiger Garten, ... In der gut ausgestatteten KĂŒchen konnten wir die frischen EinkĂ€ufe vom Markt zubereiten, Fleisch und Fisch landeten auf dem Grill im Garten, gegessen wurde auf der Veranda. St.-Pair hat sich auch in der Nachsaison als lebendiges Dorf prĂ€sentiert und man konnte sich tĂ€glich frisch versorgen. Toller Markt am Donnerstag, großartiger MeeresfrĂŒchte-Spezialist am Dorfplatz! Alles zu Fuß mit einem kurzen Spaziergang ĂŒber den Strand.

Wunderbare Aussicht, tolles Haus, schöne Gegend

Ein sehr schönes, Ă€lteres Haus an einer tollen Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt in dem Haus. Die Veranda war unser absoluter Lieblingsort. Auch der Garten ist sehr schön. Die Beschreibung des Hauses stimmt zu 100%. Wir hatten etwas Pech weil gleich nebenan eine Baustelle war (Haus-Neubau) und der KĂŒhlschrank kaputt ging, der dann ersetzt werden musste. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und man kann viel unternehmen. Die Schubladen in den Kommoden in Schlafzimmern waren leider schmutzig. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gross und schön und mit unglaublich (fast zu) viel Ausstattung.

Mooi huis, prachtige omgeving - belle maison, superbe emplacement

Het huis biedt alle nodige comfort. Prachtige ligging aan het strand. Een toplocatie. De eigenaar is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De moeite waard! Het was een pracht vakantie La maison offre tout le confort. Emplacement exceptionnel face à la mer et à la plage. Le propriétaire est sympathique et serviable. Nous avons passés de bonnes vacances!

Superbe endroit et trÚs bon séjour !

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cet endroit magnifique, face Ă  la mer et Ă  la plage. Le balcon devant la maison offre une vue magnifique et apaisante sur la mer et ses changements de couleurs perpĂ©tuels. A l'intĂ©rieur, la maison est confortable mĂȘme si des petits amĂ©nagements sont toujours possibles (un canapĂ© Ă  la place des fauteuils en rotin par exemple ?). StĂ©phane Gauthier est trĂšs rĂ©actif et disponible. Un grand merci Ă  lui !

Vue eblouissante

Maison ancienne tres au calme dans une situation tres belle. Impossible de se lasser de cette vue pour les petits et pour les grands. Correspond a la description qui en est faite sur l annonce. Cuisine tres fonctionnelle et bien organisee. Particulierement agreable pour y cuisiner. Salles de bains plus vétustes. Tout y est simple et agreable.les rideaux des chambres sont occultants. Les lits confortables. Il y a 2 wc. Sejour tres heureux. Surpris de la visite du proprietaire en plein sejour. Il manquait des draps bebes.

Tolle Lage

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt mit Freunden. Das Haus besticht durch seine Lage mit der einzigartigen Aussicht. Der Sonnenuntergang am Esstisch oder im Garten ist ein Traum. Die KĂŒche ist super mit ausreichend Geschirr und sĂ€mtlichen elektrischen GerĂ€ten ausgestattet. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Die beiden BĂ€der sind ok, die Toiletten sind sehr klein. In den Betten kann man gut schlafen und sie sind auch groß genug. SchrĂ€nke zum AufhĂ€ngen von Kleidung sind in 2 Zimmern vorhanden. Das andere Zimmer hat eine Kommode. Wir waren Anfang April oder und mussten heizen - mit der Einfachverglasung und den vielen, schönen Fensterfronten wird es nur schwer warm. Der Check-in hat auch ohne die Anwesenheit des Vermieters einwandfrei geklappt under war jederzeit per SMS erreichbar.

Ein schöner Ort

Das Haus liegt wirklich toll am Ende einer Sackgasse. Direkt hinter der Straße beginnt der herrliche Strand. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, alles ist da. Der EigentĂŒmer hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles erklĂ€rt. Eine Toilette ist etwas eigenartig unter der Treppe und mit TĂŒr zum Wohnzimmer angeordnet. Es ist einmal die Heizung ausgefallen, was aber mit Hilfe des EigentĂŒmers, der auch gleich zur Stelle war, behoben werden konnte. Am Ende des Aufenthaltes verstopfte noch eine Leitung, was sich jedoch durch die Abreise erledigt hat.
